Took my phone in for a straight forward screen replacement on apple iphone 6. Screen replaced but when the phone was returned to me my touch ID no longer worked and side on/off (screen lock) button is not aligned correctly and have to press it hard and wiggle it to make it work. PC Healthcare have given all sorts of excuses as to why this happened but refuse to give any compensation for it. Now ignoring my emails and refused to give me evidence they are apple certified as they advertise on their website. A shame as I took my phone to them in from recommendations of facebook so feeling really let down by them. Having now read the reviews on here I thought this was on isolated incident but appears to not be the case so clearly hit and miss with their service they offer. Personally wouldn’t recommend them!

Cleaned interior of overheating laptop, replaced faulty chip fan, re-applied thermal paste, all done same day fir a very reasonable price, and has literally doubled battery life, halved mean operating temperature, and banished all overheating shut-downs. Absolutely excellent, could not rate higher.

Really disappointed - iPhone screen repair lasted less than four months before peeling away from the phone. When re-visitoing PC healthcare they agreed that the screen should have lasted longer, and said that I now needed a whole new screen, of which they were happy to apply 'a bit of a discount'! When asking the price, I was told that it was £55. 95, but that they'd apply 'a bit of a discount'…. Instead I applied my own 'bit of a discount' and got it done in Staines for £45. 00…… Awful service.

I turned to PC Healthcare when my computer died and I needed to recover some important files from the system's damaged hard drive before travelling the next day. THe service offered by PC Healthcare was brilliant. A really good service and a gret rate. I seriously can't recommend them enough.

I had a virus and Internet Explorer was doing strange things. The technician was very helpful and gave me a fixed price quote which was good value for money. Thanks very much.

My daughter had unfortunately broken her laptop screen. PC Healthcare was very quick to quote and repair the screen so its now as good as new. We were impressed!

My PC died one day and I thought I'd lost everything because I hadn't backed it up. Fortunately these guys knew exactly what to do and I had my machine working again and all my files back in no time.

My internet connection was not working correctly, they identified the problem and told me what to do. Once BT had fixed the line, they came out and setup my network for me. I thought they were very professional.

I was having trouble setting up wireless encryption. I needed this for my business. PC Healthcare came on site and setup encryption for 4 of my machines, it only took an hour. I was impressed, they were also very helpful with my questions. I'd definitely use them again.

I was having trouble connecting to the internet with my desktop. The technician was helpful and polite and fixed my wireless connection in 30 minutes. I would recommend PC Healthcare to my friends and family. Thank you.
