Called me within an hour of emailing my problem. Technician called to give me notice of arrival, wore a mask through the repair and was polite and very efficient. Price is very fair and I'm extremely satisfied. I hope my PC doesn't go wrong again! But if it does this is the company I will be using.

I never leave reviews for anything but I am so impressed with the service with this team! Called and explained my issue (hot laptop with power ribbon come out) was booked in 2 days later but received a call to say they now had a slot and were in the area so came over in 1 day. Fixed everything in an hour, lovely guy, happy to talk shop about my other laptop and it makes such a difference that they come out to you as I don't have a car AND you don't have to give your laptop away for days on end. 10/10 will definitely be using again! Quick response. Fast and very efficient. Definitely know their stuff. Fixed my problem quickly and explaining step by step. I feel they are not only super professional and savvy but very friendly and eager to answer any technical question. Will definitely use them again if I need to and in teh meantie will recommend them highly to whomever I know and who needs assistance.

Running my own business, when I require PC repairs/upgrades, it has to be prompt and reliable service. I've used PC Wizards many times, and found them to be highly professional, competent and reliable. I've also found them to be good value!

Due to the excellent reviews, I called PC Wizards On Site in Harrow, as I had a problem with my laptop and spoke to Zaff. After my explanation of the problem, Zaff informed it could be down to the HDD being damaged, but he would attend first to check and test the laptop. Zaff duly attended, checked my laptop and showed me the problem. It had over 2,500 errors and the laptop was virtually at a standstill. Zaff took his time to check and go through everything thoroughly, with a hope he could fix the laptop without replacing the HDD, but after testing, he confirmed the HDD was the problem. He took the laptop away and the HDD was replaced. When Zaff returned my laptop, he also recovered and set up the Microsoft Office from my old account, therefore, I did not have to purchase it again. My laptop is now a lot smoother and runs even faster than before! All the documents and pictures I had on my laptop were saved and added on again. Therefore, I am so grateful for that!Zaff was punctual, honest, knowledgeable, informative, helpful, courteous and polite. He took time to explain everything, both over the phone and when attending. Wow wow wow! Truly amazing service. The engineer fixed my pc that was beeping twice and completely messed up within an hour. The price was reasonable and I had peace of mind that my pc was fixed in front of me. I will be using pc wizard always and have already passed their details to my family. Thank you pc wizard. I am one happy customer.

I have two computers, both were malfunctioning ie missing mouse, unable to get on line. Both very slow to respond. I called PCWO, it was not a call centre, a great relief. The technician arrived who was so polite and within a few minutes the problems were resolved. An extensive overhaul followed and now my machines are better than ever. Further to that I had problems with broadband connections which were resolved by phone at no extra charge. Thank you PCWO it was a pleasure dealing with you. Mr T Emery, Denham Bucks.

Last night my PC would not want to start up and as usual worst things come to mind. I gave PC Wizards Onsite a call and I have to say I was blown away. Firstly I was on the phone with a friendly person who told me not to worry and he will send someone out - he was even accommodating to my schedule which was easy as they come to your place from 08:00 to 08:00 in the evening. Before my appointment he called me and asked if I am still ok with the appointment, which it was. When the engineer showed up I could immediately tell that these guys are professionals. They did not try to sell you a new computer or told you some bogus stuff. No he identified the problem straight away, had the right spare part with him, replaced it and made sure that everything works fine. And it did! I am thinking about buying a new computer in a couple of months time as my current one is a bit too old 5 year for the new programmes now "Windows 10"etc. So now I know exactly where I turn to. If you are tired of PC World type service and waiting times go to these guys, they are amazing. I highly recommend them and am more than happy to come back to them if I have any PC problem. His whole approach made me feel like a valued customer (not a dunce! ) When lgging on, the system was showing an error message that meant that I was not able to shut down the computer without having to turn off from the plug.
