Really good. Fast and efficent. Rob told me exactly what was needed and did the job overnight. Couldn't have been more pleased. Fairly priced too. 5 stars.

This man really knows his stuff, he came to sort out a virus that Norton had let in(! ), and left two hours later, all fixed, and me with a wealth of knowledge. I will DEFINATELY call on Rob again, he was brilliant! clare silverthorn.

The meeting with pc tech was beneficial to myself as it took me down a journey on how my unit needing fixing and what i could expect after repair. pc tech went out it's way to drive around and assist me regarding the system not working how i expected. customer service has given me what i wanted both in giving me my pc back and saved me purchasing a new laptop. i was suitably impressed so much so i have given them my tower for overhaul. credit also needs to be given to the byteback company sited at the gatehouse centre bristol, they passed my laptop to pc tech to assess it's repair.

Whenever I have called out PC Tech I have been most impressed by his high level of technical skill & knowledge. He has also been speedy in coming out. I have recommended him to friends.

I was very pleased with the advice and service I received from Rob at PCTech. He was able to remove the viruses from our home laptop, notify me of a fake anti virus package that I had been tricked into purchasing online, and he bought and reinstalled a genuine McAfee anti virus software for me. The mobile service he provides is a great help and he stuck to the dates we had arranged for completing the work and returning the laptop to us. I would recommend PCTech to people who need a speedy and fairly-priced computer repair service, and if I have any further problems I will not hesitate to use PCTech again.

My daughter dropped her laptop jamming cd drive she was in the middle of A levels so was desperate for help. Her laptop picked up repaired and returned within 5 days the staff very knowledgeable and friendly even to those of us easily confused by technology.
