My computer hard-drive packed up and Mark not only fitted a new and better one but spent many hours transferring the data from the busted drive, all for an incredibly reasonable charge. I'm deeply grateful!

I bought all the components to build a high-end PC and gave them to an experienced ‘techie’ to put together for me. When I got the completed PC back, I found some of the RGB lighting wasn’t working, the cabling was untidy and the CPU was overheating. I contacted PC Paramedics and Mark picked the PC up the same day. He soon worked out that the liquid cooling pump wasn’t working and several cables weren’t connected to the lighting. I got a replacement for the pump and, on Mark’s advice, bought a much faster SSD drive. He then completely stripped the PC back and rebuilt it. The result was a superfast and tidy machine with everything working as it should. Mark put a lot of time into diagnosing and rebuilding my PC and charged a ridiculously low price for the work involved. I would recommend him to anyone with a computer problem. Very impressed with the speed of the repair and the information and advice Mark gave me. Nothing was too much trouble and will gladly recommend him.

Mark and his team have always been polite, courteous helpful and fast to respond. They have set us up with servers, VPN's for secure remote working, migrated us to Office 365 mail and hosted our website. Mark has provided us some really useful advice on ways to get the most from our IT and making sure it supports the business. Mark also looks after my at home IT and never complains.

Very fast and efficient, came to collect the same morning I first called and had this fixed the same afternoon. My whole system had pretty much burnt out and fixed/replaced everything apart from one thing (needed the manufacturer via warranty). Very pleasant and keeps you up to date.

My laptop needed a new screen and a thorough clean, perhaps even a new cooling fan. Mark was very honest with the work carried out and did not perform anything other than what was needed, even said the cooling fan was in good condition and just needed a clean inside. We have had our systems managed and repaired by pc paramedics for around 12 months regularly, previous to this the staff have been able to come and repair our failing systems when requested back to 2014. I have found the staff to be nothing but polite helpful and accommodating, they are fast to respond and on hand even when off work they never ignore calls. I contacted PC Paramedics for a high end gaming PC and spoke to Mark, after speaking to him he knew what he was talking about. I dropped all the stuff off and the next day it was ready. I was speechless when I saw the PC it looked awesome the attention to detail and cable management were like a work of art. I'd been the victim of a web scam and needed my PC thoroughly cleaned. Took it to PC Paramedics in Oldham and received it back the following day, fully cleaned (as in virus removal etc) now in great working order thanks to Mark. This is a superb company who know exactly what they are doing.
