I have used David several times now as I rate him above any other PC Service I have used in the area. He is a very pleasant man with the expertise and knowledge to take care of any problems I have had with my laptop. The quality of service along with the cost of repair is second to none, a truly A1 service and very recommended.

David arrived promptly. Clearly explained everything he was doing. Excellent service. Would highly recommend.

When my PC crashed leaving years of vital data inaccessible, maybe lost for ever, David was able to recover almost all of it from the failed hard drive, fit a new faster drive, and restore my data and set-up, all within 48 hours. Huge relief (and back-up lessons learned! ). All at a very fair price, too.

I had a problem with the operating system for my laptop which David very quickly and efficiently sorted for me. A 5star service which I would recommend to anyone who has a computer issue.

Contacted PC Onecare Computers when my computer decided to stop outputting to the monitor. I had tried various fixes but all without success. David collected my computer and returned it within 24 hours fixed. I'm very pleased and have no hesitation recommending PC Onecare Computers.

I cannot recommend PCONECARE highly enough. From my first panic stricken phone call when my old laptop had crashed with all my data lost, to my home visit today to deliver my new equipment and give me a tutorial on its use, the service has been top class. David managed to retrieve all my data from my terminally crash old lap top, provide me with a new laptop completely installed with all my old data and all my favourite apps etc. He connected it to my WiFi and printer and gave me a very user friendly tutorial on navigating around it. David made the whole process stress free. I unreservedly recommend him.

After (unsuccessfully) trying to resolve an intermittent problem with the sound on my laptop, I asked David to look at my machine. Having identified that this was a hardware rather than a software issue, he suggested an effective (and cheap) solution using an external USB sound adapter, saving me the expense of a new laptop. Excellent service, in terms of response time, quality and value for money.

Contacted Pconecare after my daughter decided to stand on her laptop ! A few days later and a new screen fitted it's back to my delighted daughter ! Great bloke great service would definitely recommend thanks.

Having tried to "restore" my Acer desktop I finished up with a dead black screen and feared loosing much of my saved material -email etc. David was able to recover everything and spent some time explaining reason for problem and the benefits of modern equipment in terms I could understand. My dell inspiron laptop failed, I found PC Onecare on google, contacted David Harrison who lived close to me. David suggested my HDD had failed and a replacement SDD could fix problem. David explained what he would check and replace in non technical terms also giving me a maximum cost for the work. David repaired and returned my laptop fully functioning and windows 10 OS fully installed in ONE day at agreed price. Great fix laptop screen replacement and laptop looks a lot fresher.

I can only say, I would only use Onecare Computers because of the help and first class service I have always received.

Excellent service. I bought my laptop reconditioned a few years ago and it always seemed slow. When I got the free upgrade from windows 7 to windows 10 my laptop got even slower. You could turn it on and make a cuppa by the time it loaded up. After speaking to David he advised a clean install. So after backing important photos etc this was done. Now my laptop is very fast. Loading up etc is a lot better. I would definitely use pc onecare in the future and would highly recommend there services.

Dave came to my home address and sorted my computer problem on the afternoon. He was very understanding, polite and explained everything clearly.

I contacted PC Onecare by phone and explained my laptop problem, unlike the previous three that I had called to get a quote re the same roblem and who told I would have to bring my computer in saying it would probably cost £! Because they would have to do blah blah blah; David suggested I do a couple of things myself first, which he talked me through and they worked. Can't get better and more honest service than that.
