PC One Computer Solutions

Been using PC one for a couple of years now. I can highly recommend. Speedy responses to my call out requests. Ben has never failed to sort out my computer problems and is someone I can rely upon and recommend to my friends.

My PC finally died on the 28th May last and needed help. On 29th May I phoned Ben at PC One and he said bring it round and offered to repair or replace it with a reconditioned machine. I took it round that day which was a Friday and by Monday had new PC set up and running at, what I thought, was a very reasonable price. He had spent time at the weekend to clone my hard drive on to the new PC so I was up and running immediately. The service was truly exceptional and can't thank them enough.

Ben added some memory to my pc, he removed items that were slowing it down and generally updated the system. He was speedy doing this and did not do any work I did not need. The cost was very reasonable. I would have no hesitation is using this company again.
