At PC-NE, we provide a friendly, local, in-home service for all manner of PC and IT related problems - from software and virus issues to upgrades, hardware and technical support. Our prices are competitive and we cover the entire North-East of England, including Newcastle, Gateshead, Sunderland, Durham and Northumberland.We offer a wide range of repair and support services to cover a variety of problems, including software issues and virus/malware removal, data recovery, custom system builds and advice, networking and internet connectivity issues, hardware faults and upgrades. If you're having any sort of technical issue with your system, we will be able to help.
PC-NE offers both a home-based, personal service for residential clients and an ongoing support service for small/medium businesses. Our main goal is to rectify your issues as soon as possible to minimize your costs and downtime, and to prevent issues from occurring in the future.

Fantastic service! I rang PC-NE because I was having problems with my gaming PC. My PC was freezing randomly and I kept getting a black screen no signal to monitor error. After explaining the issues over the phone to David, he said he had a good idea of what the problem could be, but needed to test my PC components in person. He arrived at my house promptly and was very polite and friendly. I left him to start checking the PC while I did other things. Within an hour, he'd found that my power supply wasn't giving out the correct voltages and wasn't stable or safe. He then helped me find a more efficient and better quality power supply online, which arrived within a few days. I installed it myself and have had no issues with my PC since. Highly recommended!

Excellent service. Not only did David repair my laptop which had the original problem but he "tidied up" my desktop to make it run more efficiently. The problem with my laptop was diagnosed and repaired very quickly and at a good price. The fact that David came to my house to carry out the repair was a great advantage. Very friendly and easy to deal with. I will be recommending to my family and friends. Great job - Well done.
