PC G. P offers personalised support for home and small business computer users.

Providing an individual IT Support and Training service to home computer users all over Streatham for the past 10 years, with many testimonials from satisfied clients who have received in-home or remote service (often more than once).

Various support and training services available, via remote support or a visit to your home (where Covid safety is assured) from just £15.

Support services include:

Device setup - eg computer, tablet, smartphone, broadband or printer.
Hard drive recovery of files.
Virus and spyware removal.
Internet security review and recommendations.

Training services include:-
Zoom - Getting started.
Introduction to computing - includes logging onto Windows and using a keyboard and mouse (or similar tasks where a new tablet or smartphone user).
Introduction to MS Word, Excel or PowerPoint.
Learning extra skills in the above 3 applications.
Scanning.
Emailing attachments.
Cloud storage setup.
Managing your files.
PC transfer (to new device) - software and files.

For 4 years, she was an active volunteer for IT Can Help, an organisation which offers free home computer help for people with disabilities. For this role, she regularly had an Enhanced CRB check and her visits included people with severe visibility problems.

In the past few years, she was an active Tech volunteer for Lambeth TechAid (now Community TechAid) set up to meet the increased need to fill the digital divide for devices to be supplied to those without adequate ones for home schooling, shopping, banking, learning, etc during the lockdown - and even now.
