PC First Aid Ltd

I had a few issues with my computer, and a couple of problems with my laptop. I had mega problems logging in to certain sites. I had pop ups coming from every direction, also had probs uploading and downloading. So I took me laptop and computer to PC First Aid Ltd, and I must say they didnt dissapoint me. The owner of PC First Aid ( Marc ) was very helpfull and knowledgeable. All work was carried out quickly and affeciantly. The cost of the repairs was very competative. I will go there again if I get more problems.

I was completely stuck with my computer and with a little chat to mark it was resolved as easy as that there was no I cant give u advise as it costs malarkey hes a down to earth no rip off guy iv used pc first aid for aslong as I can remember I first used hes services in Dagenham and since followed him to elm park absolute saint and very fair he wont disappoint cheers mark.

USB Pen drive went FUBAR. I've been a client of Marc's on-and-off for over 15 years, and he's dealt with PC, laptop and smartphone dramas for me and my family. He's an honest professional. I trust his opinion and advice to the letter. This was the first time ever that it was something Marc couldn't fix. So he briefed me fully on what he'd done, explained there was nothing else he could do, and refused to take payment. Desktop would not start. Mark came rapidly and diagnosed the problem. He feared it was the hard drive which would have cost a fortune but it turned out to be heavy dust clogging up the aging pc! Mark cleaned everything up and back up my data and brought it back in a jiffy. Very happy.

The cursor on my Windows 8 laptop froze and, thinking that it had caught a virus, I took it to the company's workshop. It turned out that I'd inadvertently pressed the "lock mouse" key (which I didn't even know existed). Not only did the company not charge me for the time it took for them to realise this (about 3 minutes) but they also gave me some tips on keyboard shortcuts for windows 8.

Contacted this company when my computer had a spyware type virus , I was unable to use it , they took over fixed everything online in a few hrs , took all the stress and worry away from me, I didnt loose any documents or pictures or work , very very happy , very professional , polite and helpful , would recommend them to anyone , best of all I didnt even leave home ! Couldnt be happier.

My Iphone screen was completly smashed, it was terrible, Marc repaired my iphone and put a new screen on it and it looks like a completly new phone! Im so impressed! Very good price and will definatly use this service again :).

Great job - very efficient and experienced and kept in constant communication over the phone while fixing the problem with the internet connection. All done at an excellent price compared to others I looked in to. Even offered to look at it again if the probkem recurred in the next couple of days. Great service and would recommend to all.

I am glad I took my pc to PC First Aid as the engineer fixed the problem within the hour and gave me a call to say it was ready for collection. I will definitely use this service again.

Took in my PC just before Christmas as it had just died and wouldn't turn on. I was told it would take about an hour so I popped into Westfield. By the time I got back all was sorted at a very resonable price (including parts). This wasn't my first visit so I knew the work would be good - I was just worried if others had caught on and he had a queue! .

These guys repaired my old laptop, which I though was finished, so I was able to sell it. Great service.

Laptop had a problem with the disk draw, quickly resosvled with no problem at all. Also had some problems with my laptop charger, Gave some advice and bought a new one, for good value of money. Been to the computer fair when had some other problems with my laptop, always excellent service and always knows whats wrong.

Marc did an excellent job at fixing my motherboard. I visited him at the Stratford PC fair, and it took him no time to identify the problem and resolve it. Marc's prices are very reasonable and he is a top bloke as well - very friendly and very helpful. I would happily recommend him to anyone.
