I have been a, thankfully infrequent but fully satisfied, customer for many years. That satisfaction was again enhanced when Intelephoned PC Doctor at 8. 30 am only to have an Agent on my doorstep in under 2 hours. Windows 7 update difficulties were solved in well under the hour: great service, indeed!

I called out PC Doctor and was more thank happy with the wonderful service given to me to get me back up and running again. I would recommend PC DOctor to all my friends. The engineer was very knowledgable and very friendly. I lost my emails and financial folders which was restored.

My PC crashed and, not having a smartphone, I was unable to search on line for assistance. Luckily, PC Doctor also advertise in the good old Yellow Pages! I phoned them in the morning and they came in the afternoon as promised. Engineer was pleasant and efficient and fixed problem after 90 minutes. Very pleased!

My Internet fell ill and I couldn't log in, so I called out "The PC Doctor" for help. A matter of minutes after arrival Rob had diagnosed the problem, explained the cure and applied the remedy! Job done, well satisfied!

I found PC Doctor in the Yellow Pages, and called them to arrange a visit. They were very clear as to cost etc and would have come the same day, but the next day was good for me. The engineer came promptly and fixed my problem in less than half an hour. He gave me good advice and should I need help in the future I would certainly call them out again.

The engineer did an excellent job to fix my computer problems. The fix was not easy but he knew what to do after evaluating the issues.

Came the same day and the engineer was very professional and sorted the problem well within the hour.

The problem was not straightforward as an upgrade had rather messed up my files etc. The engineer was resourceful and when one solution didn't work he was able to come up with others. He left me with a method of sorting my final issue myself rather than run into another hours charges. First class.

The representative telephoned ahead of the scheduled appointment to ensure that it was convenient, and when he arrived he quickly identified the problem and was able to fix it. In addition he completed a 'clean up' of the laptop which made it run quicker, and provided a number of useful tips regarding the maintenance and operation of it. All completed in under one hour.

My computer was faulty and I could not deal with the problems myself. I called in this company and must say that the gentleman who called was pleasant, helpful, and obviously experienced, and I would recommend him without question. I know, too, that if there was a follow-up problem and contacted him, he would help me all he could.

This was my first experience of using PCDoctor and I was ver pleased with quick efficient service. I was trouble connecting to internet and laptop was running very slow. The engineer came when the said he would and he sorted out the problem very quickly and serviced the machine which is now much better, I am very pleased and would recommend them to friends.

While trying to fix two problems with my laptop myself, and not having much clue what I was doing, I managed to lose some of my emails and decided I needed professional help. The PC Doctor engineer arrived within the time suggested and after spending an hour trying to fix the problem offered a couple of options for the way forward rather than wasting time. I opted for a new laptop, which was supplied and set-up for me with all my files safely moved across from the old machine. The engineer also solved the problem of how to back-up the thousands of photos my husband has accumulated on our desk top computer and to keep it backed up. All told it took three hours but it was definitely money well spent and I will definitely be turning to PC Doctor the next time something goes wrong. Highly recommend.

My computer would not start and PC Doctor quickly diagnosed 'mother board' failure. I decided to buy one supplied by Terry the engineer and it was all set up and running within the hour of the booked appointment.

I chose the company at random from the phone directory and was pleasantly surprised when they turned out to offer a first class service. Despite slight delays they kept me updated on my appointment. When the technician arrived he was polite and efficient, managed to solve my problem, and answered some extra questions as well. All in all very satisfied and would certainly recommend.
