PC-Dial-a-Fix

PLEASE READ FULL REVIEW This Andy guy is okay to go to but only if you have a simple external issue. I took my laptop to him as it would not work unless it's plugged in to the charger at all times. I explained to him that I have tried new batteries and they don't last long. A week and a half later he said my laptop is fixed. 2 weeks later I noticed the battery doesn't hold it's charge and told him about it. He was very reluctant to look at it and took him 3 weeks, after I was chasing him, to agree to look at it. A week after I gave it in, I went to collect and asked him what the issue is and has it been fixed. He said he doesn't know what the issue is and became defensive as he could not answer my questions. Long story short, he's helpful with simple things but if you ask him to fix a problem you already paid him to fix, he's not a friendly person. I'm left with a laptop which is still faulty. I have just got my computer back from Dial A Fix after it started to slow up last week, within an hour of dropping it I received a phone call telling me what was wrong and that it would be ready for me to collect the next day! Will definitely be using again!

I had a problem with my printer and computer and Laptop, I gave Dial-a-Fix a call and arranged a time for him to come to my house. He arrived on time and wasted no time in diagnosing and sorting the problem, it was a pleasant surprise that the cost of the repair was very reasonable. I would recommend this service to anyone.

I had a virus on my computer that caused the computer to crash. I gave my PC to PC-Dial-a-Fix who assessed the problem and came up with a solution by the next day. He also upgraded my PC from Windows XP to Windows 7 for an additional charge. Overall I found the service provided to be excellent both in the technical expertise and the quality of service. I would definitely recommend them.

I contacted PD-Dial-a-Fix for help after another technician failed to show up from another company, as I was becoming extremely frustrated with my PC, which had been on the blink for a while. It had become very slow with every action I requested and I could go and do the washing up while it was trying to connect to the Internet! The engineer came round, asked a few questions and gave a quote. He dealt with the problem efficiently and repaired it quickly. I would definitely use this company again.
