Until a couple of years ago I was having continuous problems with my laptop and as this is a business computer it was extremely stressful. A business friend introduced me to Dan Bronson who immediately identified the source of the problem. Since then he has responded rapidly to any minor issue and recently, when I experienced the dreaded computer crash, he was on hand to advise and resolve the problem - immediately. I have recommended Dan to a business colleague who has also introduced his service to another client. A 5 star service and what is more you are dealing with a courteous, patient and professional gentleman.

I was at my wits end struggling with trying to separate two user profiles on my computer and had lost faith in the competence and honesty of the service I had been using, when I clicked on Dan's website. Everything changed. He was so patient and skilled in disentangling the tangled user profiles and resolving problems I had caused. I gladly signed up to a year's contract and now feel relief that not only have I access to repairs but also to ongoing computer checking, installing updates and repairing problems I may not have realised. Dan has provided prompt and reliable support for my PCs for the past 6/7 years. During that time he has updated my non compatible Dell E520 desktop to Windows 10 together with my wife's Acer Aspire E1-571. Recently he has installed SSD memory on the Dell PC improving its performance dramatically and additionally configured these two PCs to run SkyGo with Silverlight. In between times he has always been available to answer queries regarding updates/apps/installing new software etc over the telephone at no extra cost. Problems requiring him to visit have been cleared within his 1 hour time target so that costs are at a minimum. Finally he is also a thoroughly nice guy.

Dan was recommended by a friend when I purchase a Mac laptop and needed help to set this up and understand the differences between this and Windows. He explained in an easy way and was very patient. This has given me confidence and I will definately use him again in the future.
