Nestling on Chester's historic rows in Chester's first private art gallery (circa 1890) Paysan is a friendly little place offering a varied selection of interesting and often unusual wines from across the world.

Tea and coffee is also available, Rotisserie chicken from Thursday evening until Sunday evening, cheeseboards, terrines, parsnip crisps, olives and pistachios all week long.
