Paws Outdoors Pet Care Services

We were away for 5 days and couldn’t have left our 2 Beagles in safer hands. They had never been left before but were so happy and relaxed being cared for at home. The regular updates and photos were especially thoughtful and much appreciated. Thank you James and Michelle.

I would highly recommend this service. I used Paws Outdoors for my Jack Russell (Toby) to have longer walks with other dogs. As both my partner and I were working full time we needed a service that could collect and return Toby without us being in. After contacting Paws Outdoors, Michelle came to the house to meet Toby and give us details of their services and to take information on him. Toby was always so excited when he saw James arrive and would race down to meet him and would always come back tired and happy. An hour long walk was for the whole hour! It was clear that this did not include the pick up and drop off as he was always out longer than one hour. Michelle and James were also very flexible at taking Toby for additional walks or changing the days we needed. When deciding to get our cockapoo Herbie I researched local dog walkers in our area as we knew it wouldnt have been possible if we didn't have someone to help whilst we were at work. From the beginning Michelle popped in when Herbie was a puppy to make sure he was ok and now he joins the paws outdoor crew for a walk 3 times a week with Michelle or James. We know Herbie absolutely loves it as when James comes to collect him we've never seen him so happy and excited! Paws outdoors are reliable, flexible and in the 3 years we've used them they've never let us down, we trust them completely. Herbie’s even had a sleepover one weekend when we went away! Its so lovely to know that not only is Herbie getting out whilst we’re at work but he’s having the best time and going somewhere different for walks and for a good amount of time. I love seeing photos of him on facebook looking so happy! Thank you Michelle and James, I would recommend Paws Outdoors to everyone.

Michelle and James have been walking my two dogs on a daily basis. My dogs love them. They look forward to seeing them. I trust them both to look after my girls like I do. I highly recommend them both. I wouldn’t use any one else. X.

I used paws outdoors services for 3 years for dog walking and once for overnight house sitting. They were fantastic and can not recommend highly enough. My dog is quite a nervous rescue and James and Michelle were brilliant with her and adapted to her needs! Highly reliable and always very flexible when my work rota changed and walking times needed to be altered.

I have used Paws Outdoors for about four years now. Michelle is the most friendliest, flexible, accommodating dog walker I know. My dog, Murphy absolutely loves his walks with her. She has helped him overcome his shyness with other dogs and through her he has made lots of new friends; you can tell that she cares for each dog as an individual and genuinely has their best interests at heart. She is always punctual and always gives value for money. Murphy is always returned home happy, tired and well dried off if he's been either out in the rain, down the beach, or along the river. Walks are always varied so he doesn't get bored. I cannot recommend Michelle too highly.
