All our vehicles are wheelchair friendly, equipped with tail/floor lift and other mobility aids.

We will meet you at your door, help you in and out of the car and ensure you are safely at your destination or home before leaving.

We guarantee a friendly, caring driver with an enhanced DBS, First Aid, Disability Awareness and Safeguarding. " We are a licensed operator by the Peterborough City Council.

We allow assistance dogs to travel with passengers.

Passenger Assist are dedicated to providing a specialist mobility transport service just for you. All our drivers are fully licensed, trained, and authorised to operate, by the Peterborough City Council.

Our fleet comes equipped with specialist WAVs (Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles) as standard, meaning all our vehicles are wheelchair-accessible, and equipped with tail lifts, side steps and grab handles.

We are fully dedicated to providing the right support to get you to, and from, your destination. We recognise that trust and consistency is very important, therefore we provide the option of requesting the same driver for future journeys. We allow assistance dogs to travel with passengers, for no additional charge!
