We came to Parkside Carpentry via a personal recommendation. Gerry made us a vanity unit for the bathroom and alcove shelving/cabinets for the lounge. Gerry has always been happy to meet and discuss requirements, even suggesting options we hadn't considered to save us money. The workmanship has always been first class and we have now been recommending him to friends of our also. Wouldn't use anyone else.

Would not consider using any other Carpenter. He has installed a kitchen and wardrobes in my previous property and just completed a fabulous new kitchen install at my current property. First class workmanship at a fair price. Have recommended this Company to friends and they have also been really pleased with the quality of service.

Gerry repaired my split door frames and extremely loose stairs. He also designed and handmade a beautiful corner cabinet to hide some piping and finished off a cupboard beautifully, that was just a whole in the wall when he started. Gerry is a great guy, with quality workmanship and I can't recommend him enough.

Gerry from Parkside was recommended to me by a friend. He "made to measure" our fitted wardrobes/storage cupboards in two bedrooms. Then I got him to turn our little box room into a home office with fitted worktop/computor desk, filing cabinets, cupboard etc. , he is a craftsman.

One of the best tradespersons we have had the pleasure to hire. Takes time to plan the job, talks to other people with specialist knowledge if needed. When we had kitchen done, his advice and suggestions were better than any of the specialist kitchen planners. Friendly, very competent, work is of highest quality, we have complete confidence in him.

Parkside Carpentry installed a new banister rail with spindles up the stairs and along the landing. This entailed a very difficult re-building of the old newal post which had been cut down too far at the bottom of the stairs. The job required considerable skill to accomplish, and was finished to a very high standard. Mr Duffy was very helpful . Would throughly recommend.

Work was completed to agreed specification and Gerry was flexible in the type of finish required. All work was undertaken to the agreed available times, though agreeing those times was not easy due to everyone's workloads and availability.

My husband and I first met Gerry in November 2007, when we asked him to quote on a large custom made bookcase/cabinet we wanted in our lounge/dining room. We were very impressed with the way he went through all the options with us and provided us with detailed information on the finished product/timings and costing? S ? We are very happy with the finished result. Stage 2 of our renovations will be taking place in a couple of years time and we already have a couple of jobs lined up that we will be contacting Gerry about Kingston, May 2009 .

Gerry built a wardrobe for us that was of a very high standard. He was neat and tidy and obviously took pride in his work. He was efficient and worked closely with us to create the style and finishings that we wanted. I would certainly recommend Parkside Carpentry.
