Can't fault the service at all- every time I emailed a query or had a question, I received an answer within 24 hours. Has it not been for my own delaying running around getting everyone's addresses together I would have received my invites probably within a week or 2 of first contact, but as it was I left it very late and Justine was kind enough to send them out on express delivery once they were done so I received them within a few days. The invites themselves look beautiful- even better than I had expected. They are printed on great quality pearlised card, I ordered envelopes with them too that are also pearlised. Most people that have received them have commented on how beautiful they look. The colour range was great- my wedding colour is duck egg blue and the 'Tiffany blue' colour on the website matches perfectly. It has been a pain trying to find things that match the colour scheme but I'm glad the invites do. Everything about the invites from the layout on the invites to the font are perfect. After sending a deposit I was sent a proof of the invite so that I could look over it and confirm that what I saw was what I wanted. I can't recommend Paperchain stationery enough. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family that are due to be married. Weddings are stressful enough, it was nice to have this part of the wedding planning be stress free. We ordered two sets of invitations for our wedding; ceremony and reception. Samples arrived very quickly and quality was great. Templates were easy to add our own message to and proofs were sent for us to check, by email within a couple of days. Lots of compliments from guests on the invitations! Paperchain printed all our stationary for our wedding and were fantastic from start to finish. Nothing was an issue, changes were made quickly and the service was prompt, efficient and friendly. Great service, highly recommended.

Beautiful wedding invitations, customised with each guest's name. Great attention to detail in terms of layout, font size etc. Possible to include lots of additional information on the invitation, so no need to have separate inserts printed - although these are available if required. Great customer service too, sample invitations arrived the day after they were ordered; speedy printing once I confirmed the order, and a delivery date to suit me was no problem at all. I'm thrilled with the invitations which were reasonably priced and lovely quality. Printed envelopes for an extra 25p add a special finishing touch.

Wow wow wow - expectations surpassed at every opportunity. After a less than ideal experience with another firm for our wedding invitations we decided to search for another company to provide all of our wedding stationary (order of service, table names, place names, seating plan and wedding breakfast menus). We were so pleased to find Paperchain, their website was easy to use and the quality of their paper is second to non - great quality and beautiful design. We Chose them initially based on this quality and could not recommend them more highly. The service we received was exceptional, Justine was easy to work with turn around proofs in tight timescales, patient and was even happy to adept their table plan to meet our requirements. We bought our wedding stationary with Paperchain because their designs are classic but beautiful and the prices are very reasonable. We found them to be extremely helpful, and everything arrived so quickly after we ordered. The products are gorgeous; we had loads of compliments about the design and the quality. They even managed to make us a bespoke sign when we needed to make guests aware of a last minute change to arrangements, and that still looked like a lovely piece of decoration to add to the day!
