The Panda units incorporate high speed motors which rotate at 2600 revolutions per minute compared to 1400 rpm on some other disposers. This means that food waste is disposed of more quickly, reducing the amount of water and electricity used.
This very fast speed greatly reduces the risk of any jams occurring.
