Contacted Paul about a full central heating replacement of near 30 year old Baxi back boiler. Paul throroughly went round everywhere at home and offered ideas and solutions from his obvious years of experience. Quote arrived which was competitive and we were happy with, culminating with Paul having a week slot while we were on holiday then finishing when we got back as he on hols middle week. There isnt many people I would trust with total access to house while we away but when you meet Paul you know he is a total honest guy. While we was away he had stripped all existing heating system out and installed hardware upstairs with everywhere clean and tidy when back from hols then came back following week to complete downstairs and get us back up and running including a Hive. We dont normally do reviews but cant recommend Paul enough from every aspect from start to finish plus he is a thoroughly nice guy.

I had a new boiler fitted this week by Paul. Personally I thought at the start it was expensive and wary like most people if I had used the right man. After knowing how much the hardware now costs in this day and age, the price to fit it was very fair. More importantly from day one Paul was very professional, a very hard worker, very competent and very pleasant to deal with. After fitting the combi boiler he gave me an idiots guide on how it works, the additional safety features he had fitted and how to use the controls. Really glad I chose PH Plumbing and Heating, very much recommend Paul 100% happy.

This service was incredible, assessed the issue over the phone and attended within 30 mins prepared. Advised me what he could do and the cost, well below what I was expecting. Carried out the work there and then and advised me on any other work that may be required and the cost. A truly honest polite tradesman.

We needed a new boiler replacing. We had several quotes about the same price. Paul explained everything very well to us and made sure we understood which reassured us. When his quote came in it was broken down with every item priced up and the total price did not alter when the job was completed. Paul came on time , worked very hard till completed. , neat and tidy boiler fitted and more than satisfied with his work , when he finished the boiler and new Nest thermostat fitted he went through the workings made sure we understood how to work it. Ph Plumbing and Heating installed a new boiler for us, it was not a straight forward job as it entailed installing a new gas supply from the front down stairs of the house up to the rear upstairs, this was done without damaging any decor. He installed all new radiator valves which again were not straight forward all this was done very efficiently without any mess whatsoever. His price was the most competitive we could find. On top of that he is a very pleasant person. We would highly recommend him.

Paul Hugh turned up on time to give me a quote for a new combi boiler and new rads in my property. He showed me his gas safe card and explained everything that needed doing without any fuss. He sent me the quote itemising all the parts that was needed and the items that needed removing being as it was a combi that was being installed. He turned up on the first day and got on with his work without fuss and after three and a half days I had a new system up and running and to cap it all I got a ten year warranty because Paul is an accredited Worcester Bosch installer. Excellent job done by Paul fitting a new boiler and hot water tank, cleaning radiators and changing the thermostats. Paul gave us excellent advice on the best things to do when he came initially to quote and as a result we have a fab system and a much warmer house and rooms. I would highly recommend him for his work, his sound advice and the fact he tells you what you should have and what you don't need.

Paul was recommended to us and we’re very happy with the work that he’s done. After a survey and listening to our requirements, Paul made sure that we understood his recommendations for a replacement boiler and radiators. A detailed quotation was sent to us within a few days and the price seemed very reasonable. The work started and finished on time, all waste was removed and Paul was extremely tidy, polite and punctual throughout the time he worked here. As Paul is an accredited Worcester Bosch installer and he fitted a WB filter as well as the boiler, we have a 10 year guarantee which is very reassuring. We needed a new boiler and our radiators replacing. We had several quotes, all of a similar price. The difference was that Paul took more time to explain all of our options and what each would involve, in as much detail as we wanted. There was no hard sell and he also advised us to get at least two other quotes. The work was carried out when planned, took exactly the length of time quoted and was completed to a very high standard. All rubbish was taken away and any mess during the work was kept to a minimum, such that the whole process was far less disruptive than we imagined it would be. Paul even carried out several extra little jobs to make good the finish, both internally and externally. He went over and above our expectations and carried out the work as diligently as if it was on his own home. Paul did a very thorough job replacing my boiler. He was very tidy; covered carpets to prevent dirt getting anywhere and removed the old boiler. I received a quick response to all messages sent and am extremely happy with the work carried out. Paul did a very good job, good value for money- would recommend to family and friends.

After having multiple visits from other heating engineers, Paul from PH Plumbing was the one that stood out for me. I found him on the Worcester Bosh Accredited Installer website and It was clear that he had a wealth of experience within the plumbing sector. When he arrived at my door the first thing he did was show me his Gas Safe card. He spent a good hour at my house discussing all my options regarding the installation of my new boiler. I already had a Worcester Bosch boiler in mind and Paul reassured me that this was the way to go. I work away and my partner works full time so I arranged to give him a key to my house so he could come and do the work while we were at work. The following week he emailed me a quote (which was very competitive) and returned to my house to confirm all details and pick the key up. The work was started and completed within 3 days. Paul also made another visit when I got back from work to go through all the controls etc with me. Paul registered the boiler installation for me with the gas safe register and Worcester Bosch and because Paul is an accredited Worcester Bosch Installer I got 9 years warranty on all parts and labour for the boiler. I had been putting off having our heating system done for years as the prospect of so much disruption was daunting…but I shouldn't have worried. Paul arrived on time and worked efficiently and with care. He was very tidy and we are delighted with our new system. Would highly recommend.

My mother's house in Rolleston required various refurbishment works. Paul Hugh inspected the existing c. 1980s central heating and hot water system and made suggestions for a modern replacement. Paul listened to my inputs, prepared a quotation and then carried out the works exactly as agreed and to the stated price. He routed the new gas supply pipe as requested and showed me how to operate the new Worcester Bosch CDi 34 boiler, providing all of the relevant installation documentation. Paul's attention to detail, reliability and his customer commitment are excellent. Very highly recommended for any heating and plumbing works. Malcolm James.
