Avoid at all costs. I gave them my Macbook Pro a month ago because there was a problem with the motherboard. Not only they could not fix the problem, but they also damaged my screen which was absolutely perfect. I called them and they did not care at all that they damaged the screen because "the problem was the motherboard". So now I have paid 45£ and I have a Macbook Pro with broken motherboard and screen thanks to them. Professionals have to at least admit their mistakes and pay back their customers. Obviously, these guys are not trustworthy.

Very professional and efficient help after my old Dell laptop motherboard failed. Naveed recovered my data and provided it on an external drive. A real life saver and in my opinion a decent price too. Would totally recommend for anyone in the Oxford area.

My son`s laptop suddenly developed a failure of the LCD screen when large black `ink blots` suddenly appeared. After searching many repairers on Google, decided to go with Naveed at Oxon IT Support. Very knowledgeable and extremely polite. Had Toshiba spare screens in stock and the entire job was done in 1 hour whilst I did some shopping in Oxford. Price charged was very reasonable and the laptop is now 100% perfect. Highly recommended!

It is a home based repair service. I got my Sony Computer repaired with cracked screen and replacement of battery. It costed £225. I will not take web based pick-up repair service without knowing who is repairing my computer and where it goes to, although it is slightly cheaper as claimed. It is better to see the gentlemen in person, for explanation on what works are to be carried out. The quality of service is good and reliable. It opens most of the time and good for students and professional who computers got problems. Highly recommended for reliable service.

Good job done on replacing my hard drive for 95£. The price is acceptable to me as I needed the laptop for work. Naveed promised that he would complete the job in a day, and I did get the laptop on the next day. Though it would be nicer if he were to inform me earlier that he completed the job early. Nevertheless, I was thankful as I sent in the laptop on a Saturday, and got it back on Sunday night. All in all, I am satisfied by the service.

UPDATE After I wrote the one-star comment (see below) Naveed gave me a message offering 25 pounds in exchange of a five-star comment. I said yes and asked whether it is possible to transfer the money to my account and Naveed never replied, although I sent several messages trying to get in touch. I don't know what's on Naveed's mind. Frankly money is no big deal, but the bad thing is that now I am feeling utterly disrespected. Moreover, I first chose Naveed because of his good customer reviews, and now I have the feeling that I was cheated then. I am now seriously doubting Naveed's sincerity. -------------Very bad experience. The technician Naveed was impatient both over the phone and in person. He seems to have too much work to finish to speak to me with a decent attitude. Most importantly, he misdiagnosed the problem of my laptop. He said it was hard drive problem but after I bought a new hard drive the problem was still there and I have to go to another technician who proved to me it is the RAM that went wrong. It may explain why Naveed was so impatient when I asked him to tell me more detailedly what was wrong with the hard drive---apparently the hard drive was fine and Naveed had earned 45 quids from me for 'data recovery' for presumably just copying-pasting the data from the 'problematic' drive to a new one.Moreexpand_more

I visited Naveed after my laptop screen got smashed. PC World had quoted me a minimum of £170 for fixing and said it would take two weeks. I took the laptop to Naveed as he is just down the road from my university. He quoted £78 for the repair and he did it over night! I am so chuffed with the service and would happily recomend him to anyone and if I have any more problems I will go straight to him. Excellent vlaue for money. A friendly and efficient servie. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

Highly Recommend! On a trans-Atlantic flight, I managed to crack the screen of my net-book. Found Oxon IT Support through a Google search - SO GLAD! Called, dropped it off that Wednesday in the late afternoon and it was done by Friday early afternoon. Super affordable, friendly, helpful, and FAST!

My laptop was overheating and making a very loud noise and I was worried that some of the parts may need to be replaced. Naveed replied to my email in 5 minutes and gave me a good price for cleaning of the fan and diagnostics. My laptop was ready to collect the next day, everything was explained and I was given advice on how to keep it from collecting too much dirt. My laptop had got through three power adapters in about six months and then stopped working. I contacted Naveed at Oxon IT Support and he immediately diagnosed the problem as the adapters, and didn't charge me anything. As soon as I sourced the right adapater following his advice, the laptop was fine again. I would definitely use Oxon IT Support again and recommend them to anyone with IT problems.
