At Oxford CBT we Specialise in Providing high quality, evidence based, Cognitive Behavioural therapy solutions for Individuals and for Organisations.

Oxford CBT was established by Tom Murfitt in 2012. The service was developed to provide fast, flexible and easy access to therapy without the long wait lists. Our growing team of experienced friendly Psychologists and CBT therapists can provide support to both adults and children. Team members are accredited and specifically trained to help people overcome a range of difficulties; including stress, anxiety, sleep difficulties, eating disorders and depression.

We can help individuals with Panic attacks, Driving Phobia, Social Phobia, Anxiety, Depression, Eating disorders, sleep difficulties, health anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, post Traumatic stress disorder and many more. All our therapists are accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapists with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists (BABCP) or Clinical Psychologists registered with the Health Professions Council (HPC) with many years experience of working within the NHS.

We also offer Mental Health First Aid training, mindfulness and wellbeing training courses for businesses and schools.
