Thank you Penny for the great intro to Wordpress session - we found it really valuable and are looking forward to improving our website and SEO!

Penny and Mike have been fantastic in turning our website concept into a reality. They were patient and responded to all my queries (and there were a few! ). It was a pleasure to deal with them both.

Penny provided a two hour session to answer our questions about our WordPress website and give us some pointers for making things easier and tweaking a few bits and bobs. She was very approachable and knowledgeable, and explained things simply, giving us lots to work on and have a go at, to make our website better.

We are a wedding blogging site Girl Gets Wed and whilst we have an exceptional site with a lot of content, we are experiencing difficulties attracting traffic to the website via organic searches. Most of our traffic is currently via Social Media links. We enlisted the help of Penny from Outerbridge to show us how we could improve out search engine optimisation and our use of Google Analytics. Penny explained in a very simple, understandable and non technical language what we we needed to do, what tools to use and how to monitor the results of our changes. Having attended two WordPress college courses previously; a one day 'workshop' with five other students and a three week evening course with 12 other students, I was no closer to learning what I needed to learn to be confident with using WordPress once I was back at home and/or in the office. The one to one training with Outerbridge has the huge benefit that every second of your time in that hour/two hours is spent learning what you need to learn and at the speed and level at which you need to learn it. Penny made my time with Outerbridge a really positive experience. The office environment is perfectly set up with no distractions and a total focus on what it is that you (the client) need and expect from the training. I am looking forward, for the first time, to putting into practice what Penny taught me and then, when ready for the 'next level', to go back and have another training session. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Outerbridge to anyone wanting professional training from two people who are experts in this field but who also have the personal skills to make learning fun!

Penny and Mike are an awesome team! Having two people with such depth of knowledge working together gives you the equivalent of a much larger team, there really was nothing that fazed them. Some of the technical aspects of what I needed from them weren't mainstream but Mike wasn't bothered by this at all, and that instills great confidence in them. Also, rather than just addressing the brief, they gave valuable input, highlighting aspects that I had overlooked. Penny and Mike both patiently explained what they were doing, in layman's terms, and this was invaluable to me, as I could understand better what was possible. I subsequently asked them to do more work on the project and the rest is better than I ever envisaged. I will be using them again with future projects and would highly reccomended the to anyone; you get more than the sum of the parts!

We had started with a website that simply showed who we were - but we did not have the skill to take it any further. With Penny's guidance and patience we now have a website that is both informative and engaging - this is not just our opinion but also the feedback of website visitors. Penny took the time to be interested in our aims and recognised our needs. Her advice was candid and practical. Outerbridge produced a bespoke version of their GoCardless plugin to meet our business needs. The work was carried out within the agree timescales and they provided prompt support as we did the final testing. Mike provided valuable knowledge of how to get the best out of WP and the GC api's and process. We will use them again and would recommend them.

Mike and Penny Outerbridge made an efficient and pleasant team to work with our many ideas and with their expertise they built us a website, with which I am very pleased. Initially I did have reservations, as it seemed very complicated to continue to build upon and update, but as Penny made us extensive and easy to follow notes I have been practising and now find the whole process quite satisfying.
