Outdoor Stages have been supplying outdoor and indoor events with staging solutions for over 15 years. We have the knowledge, and experience to help with any event whatever the size. We are recommended and use by both Surrey and Hampshire borough councils and have been for the past 7 years.

Outdoor Stage Hire are a great company to do business with. I use them for most of my high end events and festivals. The equipment they provide is high quality and they could easily charge more than they do. I would say the best aspect of their service is how they let you book the specifics of your rig to suit the needs of your event, some other companies make you rent more equipment than you need because it’s part of a “package” and they aren’t flexible enough to let you pick and mix so to speak. I’ll continue using Outdoor Stage Hire for as long as they continue being great!

We hired outdoor stages for a big new years eve event that we organised with over 150 people attending. I got to say they guys were great, the sound system, the equipment and the staging was top notch. I definitely consider myself a newbie to the world of audio and staging etc but I was given a comprehensive education in just a couple of days by outdoor stages. The team were really good and gave me a good briefing so everything was clear and the equipment we were advised to rent was just right for our event. This was my first time using outdoorstages and I had a very good experience. I contacted them at short notice due to being let down by another supplier - they were only too happy to sort out the equipment and staging I needed for a weekend event in Colchester.
