Excellent. Lee replaced an old leaking kitchen tap and modified the pipework under the sink to improve future access. Noticed a leak from the boiler and returned a few days later to fix. Fast and efficient service. Thanks Lee.

I am pleased to say that we were very happy with the work carried out by Mr Larkin. He did the plumbing work involved with our kitchen extension build and it included the re-siting of our Worcester-Bosch combi boiler, fitting of utility sink and plumbing for washing machine. We found him polite and considerate and kept to times he promised. He came up with helpful suggestions and worked around other tradesmen very well so that we were inconvenienced to a minimum. I would be very happy to recommend Mr Larkin.

We have been using Our Plumber for over 10 years for a variety of plumbing jobs, from leaking taps and burst pipes, to new a bathroom and a new boiler. Lee's work is always excellent and you can be 100% confident that the job has been done properly and will stand the test of time. When he installed our new bathroom, he gave us advice on the best layout for the space and the pros and cons of the various manufacturers of porcelain and fittings. He always left the space clean and tidy and respected our home. We have had no problems with his work. Unlike many plumbers Lee actually returns your calls or texts as soon as he can, given the restraints of the working day. If you have a genuine emergency, he will always treat it as a priority, giving you advice and instructions on what to do until he can get to your property. Our Plumber did us a complete new bathroom refit. He used great quality products after discussing with us the different options and layout. He worked extremely hard and did a fantastic job. In need of a new cloakroom suite and will definitely be giving Lee-Our Plumber a call. Would highly recommend him.

Lee services our gas boiler annually. I get an email reminder to book an appointment. Our boiler is 19 years old yet is in good working order. He is very professional and happy to give advice etc. Prices are very reasonable. He also did a full gas survey at a house my daughter and partner bought in 2018. The boiler in the house was dangerous. He gave us very good advice on the work required and carried out all the work needed to a high standard. Called Our Plumber with a boiler fault and smell of gas. After checking the boiler it was found to be faulty, dangerous and uneconomical to repair. The system was changed and a new ideal combi boiler was installed the next day, which came with a 7 year warranty. Can’t thank Our Plumber enough and continue to use him for my yearly boiler service.
