Options Bath and Tile Studio

Options just completed a full renovation of my leaking ensuite. From starting the designing of the bathroom with Joti to the finishing with Steve, Paul, Luke and the team, the whole experience was excellent and we are very happy with the final result. There were problems that came up (as they do in old houses), and they always managed to find a quick resolution, ensuring the job was done properly. When you consider all of the different trades needed to complete a bathroom, you quickly see the value of getting a specialist supplier in, with a professional and coordinated in-house team. I would definitely use Options again and highly recommend them.

Following bathroom installations some years ago by Options I was experiencing reduced flow from a pumped powered shower. After speaking with Joti he arranged for their team to attend and view the problem. They detached the ceiling mounted shower head advised to soak in a slight acid solution to dissolve carbonate deposits which are a problem in hard water regions. I'm expecting them back shortly to refix the item.

Had a really good trouble free installation of a new bathroom suite by Options. They arrived when they said they would and made sure that there was plenty of protection down to protect the stairs and carpets. We are delighted with the finished product and are happy to recommend them.

The Options team did a great job in tiling our entrance hall and refitting our cloakroom. It was important for us to have someone to project manage the work and coordinate all the different activities and the service provided by Options was ideal for this. From our first visit to their showroom they were very patient in providing ideas for tiles and designs and allowing us to borrow many tiles until we selected the perfect combination. The team were very responsive as we refined our ideas and even once onsite they dealt with our questions and suggestions to ensure we were fully satisfied. Again it was important for us to be able to have those conversations to ensure even minor things such as light switches and spotlight placements were just right. The work was completed very professionally with the team taking great care to protect the rooms from dust etc and clearing up each day. We look forward to working with them again on the next project.

The Options team did an absolutely fantastic job of transforming our tired and dated bathroom in August 2023. I met with Joti, the Options designer, who advised me on what styles, fixtures and fittings would best suit the bathroom space. He visited our house, listened carefully and then thoughtfully came up with a wonderful design that incorporated my requests, which included keeping our existing cast iron bath and the fireplace surround, but which modernised the whole room to bring it right up to date. It was a particularly difficult job for the team, as our bathroom is up a narrow and very steep flight of stairs. Access outside is limited, and parking is a nightmare. Keeping our cast iron bath meant moving it into one of the bedrooms while work was being carried out. Steve, Luke, Paul, Mark and all the bathroom team did everything without complaint. When it transpired that the old wall plaster was in a bad state and the entire room had to be replastered, they simply got on with it and all of them worked incredibly hard to fix the problem. Nothing was too much trouble, and I could not have asked for a more professional and talented team to undertake the work. I hadn’t appreciated how challenging the project would be, and I was so glad I chose a company who understood the brief and who took such pride in their work. We now have a lovely freestanding shower, new loo, basin and the reinstatement of the bath in a much better position, freeing up space in the room. After discussing what types of flooring and tiling would work best, Joti suggested a particular style and material and his whole design came together to create a really elegant, light and airy finish. Joti also added some nice extra touches such as the medicine cabinet, the mirror and the brackets holding the water cistern above the loo. Emil did an amazing job on the tiling. I was so impressed with the high standards and attention to detail from all the team, at every step of the way. I would have no hesitation in recommending Options for any bathroom replacement. Absolutely delighted with the work Paul and his team did on our bathroom. They completely removed the old bathroom, clearing up after themselves as they went. They had to deal with a tricky design in a room where no walls are straight no corners are square. They even put in the effort to reframe the floor to get it as level as possible and the quality of their workmanship is of the highest standard. The process from our initial visit to the showroom was super easy and Paul listened to what we wanted and incorporated as many of our requests as possible, while giving his recommendations based on his experience when we weren't sure or where our ideas weren't realistic. Its true that you get what you pay for and if you want a team of pros who will treat you and your home with respect as well giving you a top quality bathroom then you cant go wrong with the team at Options.

We had a tired, leaky ensuite that had been unsuccessfully 'fixed' five times over 25 years, so we decided to get the job done properly this time. Having seen great reviews for Options, we popped round to the showroom to take a look. Joti made us feel welcome and very patiently dealt with our questions over 2-3 visits as we finalised what we wanted. The clincher for me was talking to the owner, Steve, who is clearly a detail-oriented person who I felt shared our priorities for quality and reliability. By using an in-house team, I saw that Steve could control quality better than farming out the work. This proved to be the case: not only were Mark, Luke and Emil highly competent at their jobs, they were also really nice people to have around the house, completed the work efficiently, and clearly cared about quality. The final results were stunning. They also did a fantastic job renovating our downstairs cloakroom. Minor snagging issues were dealt with quickly and painlessly. The service we received from Options was first class from our first visit to the showroom to the completed projects. All the different trades people that came in were friendly, professional and did a great job. Very pleased with the results and would highly recommend.

Options designed and installed an ensuite shower room and downstairs cloakroom for me and I am extremely pleased with both. The design process was quick and easy and the guys who did the installation were all professional, friendly, completed everything to a high standard and on time. They also cleared up after themselves every evening. They are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

When planning this project to replace a 20 year old bathroom, and having had some poor experiences over the past couple of years, we knew we wanted a company able to handle the work from design to completion. The Options team have done just that, totally collaborative, completed within the timeframe they proposed, any issues solved without any drama whatsoever, and we have a beautiful bathroom. We really cannot recommend Steve, Joti and the whole team enough. Sadly it is a small bathroom and so the picture may not do it justice…but we love it!

Options completely refurbished my bathroom. The work was project managed by owner Steve. They have their own team of fitters, so no subcontractors. From start to finish the whole job ran like clockwork. Every member of the team, without exception, were extremely pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I’m really pleased with the finished product and can’t recommend them highly enough.

Options did a superb job on a complete refit of our upstairs bathroom - we are really delighted with the finished bathroom. The team delivered excellent service right from the initial design, advise and quotation process which then continued throughout the whole 2 week installation process. The whole team were extremely polite, friendly, professional and tidy, explaining exactly what was going to happen when during the job to ensure a seamless and high quality service. Really pleased we selected Options and would not hesitate to use again in the future.

We had both bathrooms completely gutted and re-done. The Project was forecasted to take 4 weeks, two weeks per bathroom, and both bathrooms were completed on time, efficiently and cleanly. The end product is amazing. I cannot recommend Steve and his team enough.

Following a visit to Options showroom, we were impressed with the range and quality of bathroom equipment on display. We particularly wanted a design, supply and install service. When Paul showed us his idea for changing our bathroom into a shower room, we were totally sold. The installation was a text book operation. We were kept informed on a daily basis about what would be done and who would do it. There was no unsightly skip on the drive, all rubbish was cleared every day and the work space cleaned before leaving. On completion we could not have been more delighted. We now have a state of the art shower room. The Options team were friendly, polite, hardworking and professional.
