Today I had a corded curtain track fitted by Roy. He did a really good job. Very professional, very helpful lots of really useful advice given. Also great communication from making my initial enquiry to the completion of the job. I can honestly recommend Roy and the team to anyone.

Roy and his colleague arrived on time and fitted a metal track for a tricky bay window. They did a very professional job of fitting the track and rehooked and rehung the curtains. They left everything clean and tidy. The tracks they fit are of very good quality. I can recommend.

I had the most stressful time in getting somebody to come and fit a curtain track around my bay window but in a manner where I could then fit a heavy wooden bespoke curtain pelmet over it. It really did require precise know-how. After having two companies to look at the job I realised that nobody knew what I wanted or how to do it until I found Roy from OnTrackCurtainFitters. I am extremely fussy and wanted a perfect fit. Roy looked at the job and seemed extremely confident and from the way he described how it will be done I knew I found the right man. He came two days later and has just completed the job. I am sure I was the most annoying customer because I just could not imagine how the pelmet will fit over the 8 x 1 board he fitted and after asking him several times he was very patient with me and explained in detail how the carpenter/joiner should now fit the bespoke pelmet. Once Roy had finished the job I could see for myself I had nothing to worry about. He is extremely knowledgable in fitting curtain tracks. He fitted a board for me which comes away from the wall so the curtains hang past the window ledge, the Kirsch track was fitted underneath the board, and now I have to find a carpenter to fit the bespoke wooden and expensive pelmet which will go over Roys board to hide the track, brackets etc. , Roy had also fitted a wooden pole on my flat window without using packers. He said he wouldn't use packers as it will look like a botched job. Roy was not only extremely good at his job but also punctual (he travelled quite far on the motorway to get to me) very polite, clean and tidy. I offered him a drink and something to eat throught the day but he refused because he just wanted to get on with the job. Thank you Roy. I will recommend you to umpteen people. Absolutely fantastic service and quality. Roy fitted a steel corded track for an upstairs bay window over 3 metres wide and the finish couldn’t be better. I purchased expensive, heavy weight, made to measure, full length curtains from Laura Ashley and they look fantastic on the minimalist looking track with pulley cord. Roy also pulled the curtains, attached the hooks and hung them for me. I’ve since had a range of made to measure wooden and steel Venetian blinds made through Roy which he has also fitted. Wouldn’t buy anywhere else. I’m working my way through the whole house and Roy will be doing the lot! Super reliable and his commitment to detail is spot on. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Very good work. Roy and Mal polite and did a lovely job replacing 3 x curtain rails and re-hanging curtains. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend, left the place neat and tidy after their work.

Fitted 1 curtain track and 3 blinds. Had to cancel first appointment due to illness but hung and dressed curtain for free as an apology. Kept in touch, was fairly punctual and work appears of good quality.

Very pleasant, helpful and polite fitter. Fitted 2 curtain rails in bay windows. Worked hard and completed work on time. Left the rooms clean and tidy. Explained the operation of the curtain rails well. The curtain operate perfectly, a great improvrment on the previous ones. I would recommend Ontrack without reservation.

Roy fitted a steel curtain track to a bay window that we are happy with. We were charged the price as quoted which was a reasonable price compared to other quotes received. Roy was on time, tidy, professional, and offered good advice. We intend on using his services again.

These might not be the cheapest curtain rails you'll find but the quality seems exceptional and seeing as I've been burned buying cheaper rails that turned out to be not fit for purpose, I wanted something that would work and last. Roy was prompt, polite and clearly knows what he's doing. The curtain rails have been up two weeks now and are working beautifully. It makes such a difference to have a fully functioning curtain track!

We used OnTrack to fit an extended curtain rail over some French windows that had previously come out of the wall on several occasions. Having intially advised that it woud require drilling into a steel lintel, OnTrack were were then able to securely fit the rail without undertaking this expensive work. They were prompt, polite, tidy and came in under their quote and, more importantly, have resolved our issue!
