The farms adhere to the highest social, labour and environmental standards. Our ClassicRoses come in over 250 varieties, all possible colours, plus a few you'd never imagine existed. The best part is, if you're good to them, they'll look exquisite for up to 10 days. Or our exclusive InfiniteRoses, real Ecuadorian roses that last up to a year without any water or refrigeration. Perfect for everywhere from hallways to hotels. And because it's always time for a rose, we're open 7 days a week.

We offer same-day deliveries throughout London, and next-day UK-wide. We also do weddings, events, and corporate flowers.

Orders can be placed via phone or online.

Since 2013 we are also expanding in the Middle East, with stores in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh and Doha.

OnlyRoses employ a team of 10 skilled florists and support staff, plus two directors.

Clients include Harrods, Dior, The Cadogan Hotel, Qatar Airways, The Mandarin Oriental, The Berkeley Hotel, and many more.

OnlyRoses provides the World's Finest Roses to clients in London and across the UK. Our fresh-cut rose arrangements include rose bouquets made with seasonal foliage, rose domes, rose hearts, rose cubes, and large displays for events and weddings. Our InfiniteRoses(TM) are real Ecuadorian roses which have been preserved using natural oils, and last up to a year. They do not require any water or refrigeration.

Couldn't give zero stars unfortunately but my recent order was a total disaster. Have ordered from them in the past and minor issues had been dealt with professionally. Not anymore it seems as my complaint (bunch of 40 stems that barely lasted a week) was dealt with in a sarcastic and completely unprofessional manner. Found the details of the owner online who must have spoken with her GM because his next email couldn't have been more courteous (funny how quickly things change when you make the owner aware of your issue) and the replacement came promptly. Unfortunately, the quality of these roses wasn't any better and we can throw them out after 5 days. I will take my business elsewhere going forward. My local flower stand (on Flood Street) offers better quality, I. E. Longer lasting roses at a fraction of what I had to pay here.
Response : Dear Mr Schimm,I am sorry you have found our service dissapointing but I assure you our staff did the utmost to make sure your wishes were accommodated. I have gone over the email logs to see how we could have handled this situation better in the hopes of improving our service for all future enquiries. You initially contacted our store with a complaint that your fresh roses did not last long enough. For this we apologise but we only ever guarantee that our roses will remain store-fresh for up to 5 days as so many factors can effect their lifespan (For example the current heat wave we have been experiencing in the UK). This is why our guarantees are only ever 'up to X days' as this is the nature of our product we can not offer an exact estimation on their lifespan.To resolve this we offered you a courtesy bouquet of twenty roses to make up for the inconvience this caused you - which you accepted graciously - at this juncture we reminded you that we can only guarantee up to a 5 day lifespan.Our next correspondence from you was requesting our owners details and asking for the delivery of your courtesy roses. These were delivered and on a seperate review site you left a very positive review regarding them.We are very sorry you found this experience so unpleasant - and it is unfortunate we can not retain your custom. In future we will do our utmost to avoid this happening again. This is the second and last time we will be ordering flowers from this company. For Valentines day, my partner ordered a rose which bearing in mind cost £95 but was charged an extra £20 for re-delivery because the delivery guy brought it when my office was closed. I was very upset so called and spoke to Matthew the Director. He was very rude on the phone and just repeatedly justified the extra cost. I am infuriated about his behaviour and will never ever order drom them again. The least he could have done is offer to refund the extra cost or be apologetic. All I received was rudeness! Might just use Interflora next time.
Response : Dear Madam, I am sorry to hear - your partner was fine with the re-delivery arrangement, as our driver was at the initial address within the agreed time frame. As we are only sending out our own product, rather than relying on ordering through other stores, like Interflora does, we send a driver from our Earls Court outlet straight to the delivery address. As the re-delivery was re-arranged as rapidly as possible, i hope you understand that the driver also would like to get paid for his work; as said, your partner was fine with the solution we offered, to send asap to your home address - i believe it is a bit unfair to now put in a bad review about us; Freeindex reviews purpose is to rate service and products, and both we aim to fulfill to the full satisfaction of our clients. Of course we are happy to discuss faults with product or service and ratify this immediately with the recipient or sender, but with regards to Matthew, he was unable to provide any information to you at this time, but as from our side product and service seemed fine, our policy did not allow him to discuss or provide any details for the order with your unless the sender would have given his consent. I desperately wanted to send a crimson infinite rose to my girl friend for her birthday this month, but the only issue I had was that I live in Dublin Ireland not the UK, and was really sad to think I would not be able to get the rose. But I called in to Only Roses UK, and the customers service was amazing and very helpful, and they took great care in helping to complete and process my order and the rose was sent with great care all the way to my door step in Dublin. It also arrived in great condition, and my girlfriend said it was the most beautiful rose she's ever seen in her life ! Once again thanks a million to Alfie and the whole Only Rose team !

I bought their Infinite Rose XXL Cylinder for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day. I must say, it was really expensive, as I live in Singapore, and I emailed them to discuss overseas shipping arrangements. Eventually they found a courier for me and sent it over - I paid approximately 195 pounds, inclusive of courier fees. However, when the product arrived, I found that it was very badly damaged, with petals torn in multiple places. This was probably due to the courier flipping it, carrying it upside down, and in general rough handling. However, Lucas from Only-Roses provided excellant customer service from start to the end, even to sending me a global SMS from London to Singapore. I received an almost full refund (I received back 96% of my money, I think due to some processing fee by the bank), so I can't really complain, although I had to present my girlfriend with a damage rose for Valentine's Day. However, Only-Roses is dedicated enough about their service that they have discontinued posting this particular item overseas until they can find a more reliable courier too. All in all, I must say that Only-Roses, while being expensive, delivers fantastic quality roses, one of a kind that you can't really find anywhere else at all. The damages were caused not by them, however they are responsible and treat their customers well, by apologizing and offering a full refund. I will definitely still utilize them for their other products that can be safely shipped, and highly recommend them. Summary: Their prices aren't the cheapest, but their product quality and customer service are top of the line. If I ended up with a damaged rose, but am still happy about their service, then their quality speaks for themselves.Moreexpand_more

Disappointed as for the second year running my Valentines Day surprise was ruined 12 red roses ordered for February 14th 2013. What made it worse was the comments at my girlfriends studio at how "tired" and "wilted" the flowers looked and I just can't imagine the disappointment my girlfriend must have felt when she opened the box. Only Roses have sent out another bunch of flowers the next day, late as they should have been there in the morning for the full effect and to bring back the smiles to my girlfriends face but they have let me down again. A refund is also to be made but no amount of money or replacement roses can make up for a spoilt day. I will use Only Roses again but only if I can get to the shop, pick the roses myself and walk out with them as I can't trust their quality control on special days. They have dealt with this matter well but it has stressed me out and hopefully things only go bad when there is a mad rush on.

My partner purchased from Only Roses the most beautiful bouquet for Christmas. Delivery was faultless as the poor delivery driver returned a few times as being Christmas Eve I was out an about. Unfortunately some of the roses perished quite quickly but when my boyfriend rang them they replaced the bouquet straight away. Excellent service from a beautiful shop.

I've ordered a bouquet of 12 pink roses called O'hara, delivered to London Eye in the evening time of the New Year's Day. They were the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen, and they were long-lasting (definitely over a week and still looked good). The service was good throughout and they delivered on time. I could only communicate with them via email since I was overseas before the delivery, and they responsed every email quickly.

Shocking company. Double charged me, deceived me, took 5 months to answer my emails and STILL had the gall to try and palm me off. NEVER use them again.
Response : We did not "try and palmed" this gentleman off - Mr Robinson bought a couple of times at the shop, this not very nice comment refers to his purchase during Valentine's Day, when we have to increase our prices. Mr Robinson paid in the shop, where the Valentine's prices (last year £65 per Dozen) are advertised - and he paid in person, so was aware of how much he paid at this point. We received an email about 5 month later (in June) and promomptly answered to this. Mr Robinson asked for a refund, which we cannot offer, unless the flowers are being returned within 5 days. Funny that Mr Robinson did not write about the other 7-9 occasions when he purchased our roses (also after the Valentine's season), as he seemed to be jolly happy with them.Moreexpand_more
