Online Turf

After all that bad reviews I was really surprised. I ordered my 25m of turf on Wednesday. Delivery option at any time on Friday. And on Friday morning I received massage Delivery will be between 8-10 am. And driver was here at 8. 45 am. Grass quality is surprised good as well. I used a promo code witch was on them side for 10f off, so for all inc Delivery I paid f118 for that better glass. I can honestly recommend online turf.

Absolutely shocking service. Promised a deliver on Friday, contacted then at 4. 50pm and informed that it was still on the way, at 7pm we gave up at which point I had to pay a labourer for no work, even though the subsequent courier logs show that they knew it wasn't coming by 6pm. Promised a quick delivery next day, noon at the latest so I cancelled my tuition that morning, didn't arrive until 4pm. When asked about how they would compensate me their response was I should have not accepted the order, what a joke - do not use! Out of pocket for both time and money and they don't care.

Grass supplied was not what I ordered. The grass I ordered was marketed as stadium grass which should of had finer blend of grass lush quality grass. I received poor mixture of fescue, rye, medeow type grass growing in irregular directions with various different sized grass that was patchy, thatched, bald and contained decaying matter embedded in the grass, with the grass looking very unhealthy. When the load was was delivered it come mangled, squashed and damaged on reciept. When having a closer inspection on receipt I combed through for the half decent intact pieces I could use as the others were ripped or damaged through the roots and stretched throughout creating weak points from being squashed or impacted to the point it was falling apart to the touch, and become unworkable. This was awkward for myself to report back as I had ordered soil from the same company which come with treated broken prices of wood, with one large piece having a nail in and lots of plastic, glass, large stones which I had to sieve out as I worked, and advised if I could do this by there customer service? I don't like reporting back with negitive feed back but this really was a situation that had to be recorded, if only to prevent another customers misfortune. Really poor, if you market something supply what you preach and show some respect to your customers. It feels as if they are hoping customers have no clue what there looking at? Very happy, turf went down easily, and the delivery driver was really pleasant. Would recommend.

Must say I'm impressed. I ordered 27 Rye gold turfs on wednesday morning and it arrived just after 9AM the next day. Friendly delivery driver left the pallet exactly where I needed it and the garden already looks much better. I will be sure to water it each day and keep off it for a few weeks until it has knitted in. Thank you Online Turf.

Really pleased with the quality of the turf and the fast delivery. OnlineTurf made it really easy from ordering to delivery and even send email tips afterwards to make sure the lawn gets off to a good start in its new home! I had a couple of questions before ordering which were answered straight away on their helpful online support. Worst company ever dealt with in 30 years of landscaping! Sent a pallet of yellow turf apparently it's ok "it'll come back"! ?

I had 38 rolled delivered and was very pleased with the quality and texture of the grass. Really green and east to lay. I was also send a bag of lawn feed which I hadn't ordered, not sure if it was supposed to be sent but it was a nice surprise. I don't plan on laying any more turf but would recommend online turf to anyone wanting to do so.

I ordered 55 square metres of which 23 were damaged with some shredded and totally unusable. After sending the company many emails with photos etc the MD offered a £10 refund which I rejected! See video and pics of the poor quality turf I received on YouTube 'onlineturf. Co. Uk - poor quality - poor service! '. I regret ever using this company.

The worst turf we have ever received. The grass was in terrible condition and extremely poorly cut with ragged edges. Even the delivery was left in the middle of the road. We sent it back for a refund and they kept the turf and our money. We have now in the process of going through small claims. Use this company at your own peril.

Turf was fine but absolutely appalled by the delivery time. We ordered an am delivery and even paid for an am slot to ensure that we had time to lay it in the afternoon. Very bad communication- they didn't even tell us they had made a mistake. After many phone calls from our side we eventually received the turf at 3:40- costing us our time and money and making our company look bad to the customer. Not happy at all. Haven't received a refund yet- keep getting excuses. Please also note they only publish positive reviews on their website. They did not publish mine. The feedback page is not a true representation of the customers.
