Good value for money course in easy to access location with on site parking. Meets our early years needs. Trainer very knowledgeable and made the learning interesting and relatable to incidents we may encounter in our work place and outside.

I completed a day's trading in First Aid, the trainer was friendly, highly knowledgeable and skilled. However, after arriving, it seemed as though my name was not on the list of trainees. As the course was specifically tailored to fit the needs of 12 people, I became the 13th, even though I had received confirming emails of my place. There was no evidence that I had signed up. The manager was contacted, no, no information about me. As the trainer put it, 'it's as if he had just walked in off the street'. That was not a great experience. I passed the course and later spoke to Carol, who provided a rather unsatisfactory explanation as to why she had omitted my details. Great course, poor administration.

Just completed a 2 day paediatric first aid course with Mike Maslin. Would highly recommend. He was welcoming , friendly, and had exceptional knowledge. He would answer any questions and also made it fun. Fantastic , Thankyou.

The trainer was very experienced and knowledgeable. He was able to deliver the training in such a way that it was very relevant to my particular work place. The course covered CPR, Shock, blood loss and much more. Finally ending with a short multiple choice test.

Excellent customer service. Trainer really knew her stuff and put it across in a really fun, relaxed way. Suitable adjustments in place to work around Covid 19.

This course is excellent value for money. The course content and trainer were exceptional. This is not just a course you can use for work but for every day life. I now feel I have the confidence to effectively administer first aid when required. I can highly recommend Onelife Training for all your training needs.
