From initial booking and confirmation, the phone confirmation before the flight along with the drivers who are always pleasant and helpful.

I've used On Time Travel twice now for airport drop off and pick up and really recommend them. They are reliable, friendly and very helpful, checking you have your passport etc. Before setting off. They even contact you the day before you travel to confirm your booking. They will always be my first choice taxi service, thank you everyone at OTT.

We use OTT all the time for our airport runs Manchester and Liverpool. Very easy to book on website they email you back with confirmation and you receive a phone call the night before to confirm booking and always turn up on time. Superior service all drivers were fab we travelled in a large group of 14 9 adults 4 very young children and a newborn they made sure of age appropriate car seats well in advance I wanted to pay in advance no problem, in all honesty nothing too much trouble great friendly drivers we had 3 they were all fab kept us informed even as we landed, used car and mini bus both comfortable to be in, we will absolutely be booking with them again it was a pleasure doing business with them great prices too. For our outward journey to Manchester airport the driver, in this case Mick, rang early evening the day before travel to confirm pick up time - we really appreciate this part of On Time Travel's service. He arrived a few minutes early which again we appreciate especially as it was in the early hours of the morning. We were collected from Manchester airport by Pete. He messaged us by the time we landed arranging to meet us at the usual place, Starbucks. Both drivers were really polite, helpful and smartly dressed. We can't praise On Time Travel enough for a friendly, reliable service and hightly recommend them.

Thoroughly professional service. As we had an early flight it was very reassuring to be contacted the evening before to confirm our pick up to the airport. Our flight back to Manchester was being tracked by OTT so they knew we had landed. Upon collecting our luggage we were sent a text instructing us to wait inside the terminal outside Starbucks where our driver Danny met us, which we thought was a really professional touch. We would definitel recommend On Time Travel.

Excellent company, have never had a problem with them since using them for the past 5 years for airport transfers. From your initial booking which is confirmed very quickly you then get a phone call the night before to confirm your details giving you peace of mind that all is in order. On return all flights are tracked and the taxi is waiting for you at the agreed pick up point.
