Replaced my front door lock within a couple of hours, even though late on in the day when I called. I had been given a price to replace the lock, which was incredibly competitive. The fitter was very efficient and investigated other corrective actions before taking the decision that the lock needed replacing. The new lock is much more robust and I feel much safer with the one they fitted. Professional customer service and I cannot rate these guys highly enough.

I had a problem with an old metal trunk that I used to store valuables in when out and about. I had locked it and unfortunately it wouldn't open despite many attempts (turning the key both ways), lot's of banging and jiggling and of course plenty of swearing. Ollie was immediately available and you could tell from his excellent telephone manner that he was dedicated and professional as well as genuinely caring about his work and customers. He arrived for the appointment on time and fixed it straight away reuniting me with Laptop, iPad, and wallet. Well worth the call out fee and highly recommended - I hope I don't see him again :-) but if I ever need a locksmith again he will be the first one I shall contact.

I've had a fantastic experience every time I need Ollie's Locksmith. They are efficient, fast, and provide excellent service. When I moved to my new house they did the whole lock installation. It was PERFECTLY done and I've had no problem at all. I also had a few emergencies in my previous home and their emergency response was ALWAYS nothing but excellent. I had a great experience with Ollie’s locksmiths! I stupidly left my keys at home and locked myself out of my own house a few days ago. I live alone and it was a bit of a scary experience for me. I panicked and did a quick google search of the local locksmiths and came across Ollie. I booked him and he arrived much sooner than I had anticipated! When he arrived, he calmed me down also. It was great to see that independent businesses still care about the service they provide. He got me back into my house quickly and the price was really good! I must say that I've had a great experience with these people. We opened up a new off license shop for which we need the CCTV to be done. When I rang them up they went beyond as to what we call ' Great customer service '. Finished the work by expected time. Also you just cannot beat the price. I would surely recommend them to others.

We went to our summer house in Cheltenham for a few days holiday, holidays which ended up being spoiled when someone broke into the house where we were out ! Luckily thanks to internet I found Ollie's Lock and Safe phone number, Even if I had to call late at night, Ollie came and helped us. He was with us in half an hour and had changed all the locks and added extra security an hour later. One less thing to worry about in a very stressful situation and he honestly saved our holiday by taking that stress of us ! Would recommend to anyone!

Ollie came out to me this evening, stupidly locked myself out of my flat. Within 30 minutes I was back in my flat sipping a cuppa. Fast, reliable and friendly.

Phoned Ollie as locked myself out of the house and due to the scenario Ollie was able to tell me how to get back in without the need of a call out. It's extremely rare you get service like that. I will certainly be using Ollie again for my lock related needs.
