Third time Oliver Locksmith has sorted out locks for us. On the last occasion, he successfully opened the front door with the key in the lock on the inside. Efficient, excellent, friendly and prompt service. Look no further.

Our front door wouldn't open and Jason went above and beyond to respond within minutes and dealt with a really complicated job brilliantly - brought his own dust sheet to avoid mess and our paintwork was unspoiled despite him having to drill through metal. To be recommended.

I locked myself out with my toddler by accident, this was due to having a self locking front door, so I rang the council and was quoted over 200 pound for an Emergency locksmith to get there within 2 hours, I thought that was expensive and my little boy was becoming distressed so I rang Oliver's locksmiths, he was very friendly and seemed to be concerned That I had a child with me, as the weather wasn't great, he arrived at my property within 15 minutes, he assessed the situation and told me he could probably get in with out changing the lock, I thought this was extremely honest of him, as I was clueless and willing to pay for a lock change, he had the door open within 5 minutes and saved me an absolute fortune ! Discovered my bifold door lock had seased shut Thursday night and decided I'd try to find a locksmith to fix them Friday morning as it was my day off. I found Jason's number online and thought I'd ring him first as he was the most local. As my lock problem wasn't an emergency I realised it may not be possible to have it fixed quickly but Jason had it fixed by lunchtime after he had to travel to Stockport to get the parts which weren't of the standard size. Very happy with his service so is my chihuahua who has access to the garden.

Payed £40 for him to replace a lock on a postbox in an apartment. Within a week the lock fell apart. I then tried for three weeks to arrange about several call outs each of which he forgot about/ignored. By the final time of trying to call him he told me he didn't care and refused to give the money back.

We were broken into and we had to chaks as keys were taken. I found Mr Oliver very professional and good value for money. I would not hestitate to recommend him.

We had a problem when the handle mechanism of our UPVC back door jammed, making it impossible to lock it. In this area a door that doesn't lock is really bad news! Our insurance company originally sent round some men to fix it, but all they did was make "tut-tut" sounds, bash it about and leave it in a worse state than it was before! After a quick Google search I found Oliver Locksmiths and gave them a call. They were round first thing the next morning and replaced the lock. We're very pleased with the no-fuss service and the cost also was reasonable. We would definitely use them again.
