About Olga Therapy
I provide professional online counselling, psychotherapy, and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) sessions to support you in managing stress, anxiety, trauma, or emotional overwhelm. My practice is designed to help you regain balance, confidence, and clarity. I work with people who feel trapped by over-commitment or self-criticism, as well as those who give too much of themselves, often neglecting their own wellbeing. Each session is tailored to meet your unique needs in a safe, supportive online environment.
You can choose between traditional talk therapy or integrative therapy, which combines verbal counselling or psychotherapy with body-focused and mind-body techniques. The integrative approach is particularly effective for processing trauma and emotions that cannot always be fully expressed through words alone. If it is meaningful to you, spiritual perspectives can also be incorporated. My aim is to help you release emotional blocks, reduce stress, increase self-awareness, so you can live healthier and happier life.
I offer flexible session options to suit your needs, including short-term EFT sessions, weekly therapy, and intensive integrative sessions.
In addition to therapy, I provide individual supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists, as well as mentoring for frontline workers, supporting you in professional development and wellbeing.
All sessions are conducted online, so you can participate safely and conveniently from your own home.
