Removed overgrown shrubbery, bushes and a large conifer tree from my front garden. Arrived on time, completed the job within a day and completely removed and tidied all areas. Very professional,great value for money, did a great job! Would highly recommend.

I can’t be specific on what was cut down as I’m a total gardening amateur but these guys trimmed and cut down some conifers at the rear of my property and some type of leafy hedge at the front and they were super professional and friendly from start to finish! They really worked hard whilst they were here and made sure everything was nice and today when they left - would definitely recommend!

Just to thank Oakwood Tree Surgeons for their efficient and professional service they provided in the removal overgrown/uncontrollably conifer tree and shrubbery which had been neglected over the years. They provided good advice throughout, from original quote through to work being carried out. Nothing too much trouble. Left the garden tidy and disposed of all trees, cuttings and shrubs. Oakwood Tree Services have removed some trees for us recently. They were large trees on a steep slope so a difficult job and the weather had been awful. They did a fabulous job arrived when they said they would and carried out the task well and tidied up after the work as well. Oakwood removed a silver birch and trimmed a tall flowering cherry tree from our back garden and trimmed a nimber of other shrubs and hedge. They provided me with a friendly and knowledgable service and was very good value for money. Oakwood Garden + Tree Services recently trimmed a very large and difficult hedge for me along with all mature shrubs and conifers within the garden. Work was carried out efficiently and with a smile. Shaun and Judith removed a tree for me recently. They fitted it in sooner than expected and contacted me several times to keep me updated on the date and time. The service I received from them was excellent and I highly recommend their work. They are reliable, punctual and professional, as well as being a really lovely couple. Charged £20 to mow small lawn and turn soil. Supposed to attend every fortnight, missed a few visits due to weather. When asked when hedges / trees to be maintained advised would need to quote extra when I assumed would be part of the £20 fee. Originally told would be needed twice a year and naively assumed was integrated in the high charge for fortnightly mowing. Lawn mowed nicely with petrol mower. Other than that, not impressed.

Great communication as well as very clean job. Conifer removed and ground, as well as other tree and plant roots. Soil rotorvated and bedding soil supplied. Would highly recommend and would use again.

Judith and Shaun cut back and shaped all the trees and bushes in the garden to a high standard, and for a reasonable price. All cuttings were cleared away and everywhere left tidy. They are very friendly and offered good advice about future garden maintenance. I would use their services again and recommend them to others.
