Our team is led by Lee, who has 25 years of experience in the building industry, over 20 years of managing damp proofing companies, and holds multiple industry certifications, including the prestigious CSTDB.

Our highly qualified team includes:
• Ryan: SSSTS Site supervisor qualified, with multi-skills and L2 plastering apprenticeship, PCA technician qualified in damp, timber, and structural waterproofing, City and Guilds certified Traditional lead craft, with over 5 years with our company.
• Bailey: Completed multi-skills level 1 and is currently pursuing a multi-skills level 2 apprenticeship.
