I needed a fairly small job done in my bathroom: a shower screen replacing and sealant work around the bath re-doing. Frank came and viewed the room beforehand and offered a very reasonable quote. My dad came over and let them in when the actual job was done as I had to be in work on the day. As he reported back to me Frank and Frank did the work very quickly and efficiently. It was done to a good standard and they were polite throughout. Frank also texted me later to say that if there were any problems he'd be happy to follow up. I'm pleased with the work that was done so would gladly recommend NWT.

NWT have undertaken two complete bathroom replacements for us, one bathroom needing a solid wall moving. We were impressed that the NWT team have all the building, plumbing and tiling expertise and skills required for such major renovations; they demonstrated considerable flexibility around our needs and ensured the work progresses quickly and uninterrupted. The quality of the work is high, with a good attention to detail and a desire to complete the work “right first time” and in the timescale promised. We were particularly grateful that they were so sensitive to the needs of our 98 year old aunt that lives with us, and ensured that the key facilities of the bathroom were available outside their working hours.

Work carried out: Internal alterations to remove en-suite and convert to a bedroom, build new stud walls and upgrade electrics. Frank and his son, Frank were professional in completing this work. Quotation was very reasonable, work completed efficiently and on schedule. There was a realistic daily plan which was always met and house was left clean and tidy. As the job evolved, there were disucssions about certain finishes and a few minor changes to original plan were put in place with an honest reaction to any changes in original quoted prices. One outstanding feature is Frank's communication. Emails and texts always promptly replied to. Thanks, Frank!

NWT were fantastic. They responded quickly to my request and produced the best design and quote. They started the job just after christmas and finished exactly when they said. Block paving driveway, repairs and repointing brickwork. I had been impressed by the work that Frank and his son had carried out on neighbour's properties, and was confident that they would do a good job for me. Frank successfully completed my kitchen extension having only a picture of what I wanted it to look like outside and a few words about window sizes and door types - not a plan in site! Me having never done anything like this before, Frank also advised on what regulations I had to comply with and then liaised with the relevant people to get the job completed without much fuss or delay. Entirely as a result of his work, he has several other jobs going for neighbours around me. I would not hesitate in recommending NWT to anyone.

I am a joinery contractor which has passed NWT's card on to various contacts of mine after their company did a excellent job at my own property. I can not fault their working codes and quality of workmanship.
