NUCAD have carried out numerous works to our home over the last year including a complete rewire, plastering, plumbing and general building work. Carl has been very easy to work with, finding ways to accommodate our wishes and suggesting alternatives where a better result could be had. All the work undertaken has been to a very high standard, and although they were not the cheapest quote, the service has been very good value for money and worth every extra penny to get a better quality end result. Carl has been on hand to offer advice throughout the project(s) and helped us manage a tight budget to renovate our home systematically and logically. Have already recommended to friends and would continue to recommend to others without hesitation.

Carl has been instrumental in urgent work as well as large scale refurbishment. Not only does Carl have the expertise to handle all sorts of jobs, he has the diligence to do them all well. For me, he did a thorough job of rewiring my house. When my roof was leaking, Carl was there to put in a stopgap, and then we went through a thorough survey to reroof. He always had me in mind, and was always in contact to suggest improvements I might want, usually for no extra cost. He also performed plumbing, plastering and painting. What was particularly efficient was his carpenter. Amazingly efficient which means less hours and thus cheaper labour cost. Comes well recommended.

The first job I had done - which was in 2009 - was to have the mouldy, grubby sealant removed from round my bath and new sealant applied. This was done excellently and is far superior to the sealant that was there before. Then about a fortnight ago I had Nucad to do several smallish jobs:1. Re-set and re-cement paving stones on my patio2. Lower a kitchen worktop3. Supply, fit and paint an overhead shelf in the kitchen4. Paint the kitchen walls and ceiling5. Supply and fit some new electrical sockets in the sitting roomThe workmen were very friendly, kind and helpful, as well as doing just what I needed to be done, and coming when it was most convenient for me. The cost to me was less than I had anticipated and I would certainly recommend Nucad. NUCAD have carried out various jobs for me on two properties including fitting a new kitchen, bathroom and alarm system. I have found Carl and his staff to be polite, and trustworthy. The work was carried out quickly and to exceptionally high standard. Carl was always available to answer any queries and would often go out of his way to ensure everything was 'just so'. I can honestly say that NUCAD are fantastic, I left them with my flat keys and went on holiday for a week. On my return the flat was exactly as I'd left it, but with a brand new kitchen where the tatty old one had been - they had even hoovered up! I would, and have, recommended NUCAD to friends and wouldn't consider using anyone else myself.

We have used Nucad several times, initially to install a bathroom and subsequently for a variety of odd jobs such as insulating the under-house area, re-routing pipework due to a leak, moving an outside tap, electrical work, building a bespoke window seat. They always price fairly and are a pleasure to have around. We have a really good working relationship with them.

I have nothing but praise for Carl and his team. They fitted a new bathroom and also new doors and windows, to a high standard and with the minimum amount of fuss. I intend to use them again in the near future.

Since I moved into my new home, NUCAD have performed a number of services for me, including taking down a small cracked ceiling and replastering; a complete review of my electrical and telephone wiring, replacing sockets and connections where necessary; repairing the roof of an extension; fitting shelves and a new bannister rail; repainting and waterproofing wooden guttering; refelting a shed and a dormer window. They justified everything they did, and I felt completely confident that I was being given fair advice. Importantly, they are considerate and courteous and generally nice guys to have around.

I have been working with the guys at NUCAD on various projects for the last four years. I undertook several development projects which they delivered on time and on budget. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to others and have already recommended them to friends.
