NriDirect is a UK-based service that helps Indian-origin people living in Britain handle Indian consular and government paperwork without the usual stress. Founded in 2018, our team specialises in OCI cards, Indian passport renewals, visa applications, Police Clearance Certificates and NRI PAN cards. We manage the entire process for you, from checking documents and formatting photographs to the correct specification, completing the official forms, uploading everything to the relevant portals and booking your VFS appointment. You simply attend on the day with a fully prepared file. Having processed more than 4,500 applications with a 98 percent first-time approval rate, we pride ourselves on accuracy, transparency and friendly support seven days a week.

Our services cover the most common Indian document needs for the UK Indian community. We process fresh OCI applications for those getting their first Overseas Citizen of India card, as well as OCI transfers when you have renewed your British passport and need the card re-issued before travelling. We also handle Indian passport renewals through Passport Seva, Passport Surrender Certificates required after acquiring British citizenship, Indian Police Clearance Certificates for immigration and employment, and NRI PAN card applications for property, tax and banking in India. For every service we confirm the correct option for your situation before you pay, so you never waste money on the wrong application type.

What sets us apart is our remote, fully-managed approach. There is no need to visit an office at any point. We send you a clear checklist, you share photos or scans of your documents, and our experienced team prepares everything to the latest Indian High Commission and ICAO specifications. We confirm the correct VFS jurisdiction for your postcode, book your appointment, and stay on hand by WhatsApp seven days a week, even on the day of your appointment at the VFS counter. We are ICO registered and fully UK GDPR compliant, so your documents are handled securely and deleted once your application is complete. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30 GMT, and we serve clients across 17 UK cities with support available in English, Hindi, Gujarati and Punjabi.
