Now We're Moving

Fabulous service from the moment that they took my call. They were very good at communicating what was happening before the move. On the actual day they were very hardworking and helpful. Would gladly use their removal services again.

Rick and his team did a fantastic job of Moving us from Clevedon Bristol to middlesbrough they came to the new house the next morning bright and breezy and full of fun they absolutely worked their socks off I cant thank them enough they are the best. We highly recommend these Guys they are the best.

Just to say this company have been a pleasure to deal with during what i'm sure most people would agree is an incredibly stressful time. The video quote was easy to do and I highly recommend doing it for the discount on an already agreeable price. The workers on the day were polite, proffesional, hard working grafters and i'll be recommmending them to friends and family. When the time comes to move again i'll certainly be using this company.

This is the second time we have used Rick and his team at Now We're Moving. We moved from South Wales to South Somerset, they were on time, worked hard and friendly team of lads. Connot fault them. Excellent all round service and will definitely use them if we move. Well done Rick and team.

We initially booked another removal company who we had used sometime ago before. We got badly let down by them 2 days before our move date, Im so glad we did otherwise we wouldn't have found them gem that is Now We're Moving. Rick and his team of 4 men were just fantastic. Not to mention Tony, who in his retirement does the quotes for Rick (The owner) He was very eloquent and knowledgeable on the quotation. We were put at ease and nothing was too much trouble for any of them. We had several items of furniture that needed assembling (which wasn't in the original price) and they put them all together for as fraction of the cost that we've paid before. The access to our second house isn't great, but they performed a human chain and emptied the vans in no time at all. I still don't know how they can squeeze all of our belongings into the vans like they do, its baffling. Given the speed of how the men worked, we were impressed that not thing got damaged… nothing. Id like to thank the removal team for making the day bearable, as we are usually so stressed with the whole experience. This group of men made our day believe it or not, enjoyable! The banter was rife right from the off, we loved it, how people should be, happy at work, it makes the day go so much faster. On a serious note, no damage to furniture or the house (something I can't say didn't happen on a previous move with another company). Rick matched (well beat) the lowest price we received via email, they hadn't come out, Tony (Ricks dad) did though, and we liked that, more of a personal touch, and we felt that family business vibe throughout. Mum, Dad, Son and grandson business, with a cousin and godson thrown in! . We have a lot of stuff the job took place across 2 days including the packing. It was completed in good time. Everything put where we asked them to, even huge garden plants (trees) carried around the back garden and placed carefully on the patio. Some companies refuse to do this. These chaps were very efficient on the day of our move. The wife and I were very stressed as we hadn't had a great build up to the move day. These lovely gentlemen took every bit of stress out of us. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We needed all the wardrobe dismantled all the beds and a cot. We also needed it all to be put together at the new house. Rick supplied an extra man for this, which all helped the man power on the day. Just to point out, Rick was the first to quote for me, the first to respond to our emails and telephone calls, that was a huge part of the reason for initially choosing them. There was several emails back and forth which was great for us as it gave us complete confidence in the company. They were recommended to us by a friend of a friend, and were well worth the money. Super moving experience! We have moved many times before, and this was up there with the best. Don't go for huge national companies, they do not take care of your possessions like a family run company does, this one in particular! . We loved just how relaxed the boys were all day long, nothing phased them, they took everything in their stride. We opted for the full packing service, and Im glad we did too. They packed the entire house up in 4 hours! I think it was around 70 boxes! Everything was placed exactly where we asked them to put it. They even had some suggestions of where certain furniture may look better in the room! A truly great little moving company. Fantastic removal team. Entertained us all day with their non stop banter. No damage was done to any of our furniture. Boxes supplied when we asked for them. Very good value. They matched the price of a slightly cheaper quote we had. A big thank you to Nick.
