Unfortunately, my experience with Novelwall wasn’t a positive experience. I initially applied for a fashion and textile course with the view of starting a new career in the fashion industry. Everything was going well in the beginning until I was advised that the course was no longer an option. Instead of offering a refund of my finders fee, the company took the decision out of my hands and selected a business course knowing full well my lack of interest. I got the impression that the policy they have is to hold on to the fee at any cost and gaslight people to alternative courses. I am currently paying for a course I neither wanted to study, tried and I hated it. My advice to potential applicants is to be very clear in which direction you want, if you suspect that you are being pressured/gaslighted to accept an alternative option walk away and find another platform that is able to help. Make sure you get a refund of your fee. Be very careful when dealing with Novelwall.

The process was smooth, very helpful and Novelwall helped me from pre registration to registering onto Foundation and how I am in my First year of my Bsc programme. I was very welcomed to Novel Wall Wembley each time from the start to the end of my college application. The service is fast and very efficient all the officers are very helpful with every problem that we tell them. Overall, I am very happy with the support that and attention that they provided to me.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You don't need them to get into college or university. I used them and found out I could have done the same thing with £50 in my pocket. Some man called Osmond is very rude and is refusing to give me a refund after they sent me to an interview which hadn't been booked and the course I wanted to do was not being offered by the college. I was also told the course would be 2 evenings, instead it was 4 evenings which did not work around my busy scedule according to there advert. Trust me you don't need to pay these people money to get you into college.

The service and help was very on a top form. I will recommend anyone to come at Novelwell really appreciate the service.

I have had a good experience with novel wall thus far and I believe that my experience can only get better as my knowledge and understanding of my chosen subject grows.

I registered with Novelwall to study a course in management. I am so glad to get their services.
