Started to receive spurious invoices for invented charges by this driver who made them up on the fly. A Latvian who thinks it's ok to insult my young daughter and bully her, but ess aggressive or rude when talking to me. Insisted he turned up and rang the bell, he didn't, and then wanted more money to redeliver. A surreal experience from this aggressive whitevan man who thinks he can make up the rules and charge what he likes. That said, the item arrived well packaged on the second deliver after an extra fee was paid.
Response : FRAUD CUSTOMER based on clause 12. 1. 2 of T&C. This is totally unacceptable! Did not Want to pay for delivery, thought we would leave the goods without payment. We kept you updated,the delivery was made within the time frames given. Apart from that, item delivered in perfect condition. Sometimes wonder what we have to do to please some people. Please be careful as she is a cheater and liar. FRAUD CUSTOMER!

Excellent service. It was not the cheapest quote but I believe you get what you pay for. I thought the quote was very reasonable considering the distance involved. The collection was picked up and delivered exactly on time and I was kept informed every step of the way. Will certainly use again.

Excellent service. I had a 32" tv to collect. It had to be wrapped which they did directly after collection, before driving away from collection address. Was very impressed with the communication, keeping in touch throughout. Helpful and reliable and can only highly recommend this service and would definitely use again if required.
