Purchased iMac from Chris. Setup and help with problems in installation was absolutely top class, Friendly advice and assistance is available from this experienced and knowledgeable professional. Thoroughly recommended for someone having Apple problems.

If you have a MacBook then there is nowhere else to look - this company offers genuine, good old fashioned service and customer care. Very knowledgeable and friendly service and very good value. I had my second-hand MacBook Pro wiped and then the latest system installed and it has transformed it ! So pleased I found NCS and will be returning for some more upgrades soon !

So glad we discovered NCS a few years back to help us hack our way through the 'mac tech jungle' Chris has patiently sorted out all sorts of problems caused by the operator or the machine and given excellent advice on upgrades and other equipment. Our beloved and ancient mac books are still going strong and when I do need to replace them he will be my first port of call. Chris always responds quickly to a call for help, however silly, frequently does it the same day and even carries the whole lot back to the car. He has never charged me a fortune and sometime does it out of the kindness of his heart.

In Suffolk, there are few computer engineers who know about applemacs and have an in depth knowledge. Norwich Computer Systems Ltd was a star find and Chris was not only very MAC savvy but clearly had an in-depth knowledge and was friendly, helpful and bent over backwards to accomodate my needs. It's good to know that I now have a friendly, helpful company at the end of a phone should I need any further help or advice.

Chris was excellent in his ability to get my problem fixed and his patience at my complete lack of understanding. Love the apple but turns out they do not like being dropped. All the wedding photos and my music was all saved. Excellent work.

Having recently been introduced to Norwich Computer Systems Ltd, it was a breath of fresh air to know that I could ask someone to help out with mac based technical issues. Trying to find anyone in this part of the country that will support macs is extremely hard to find and one who can explain things simply is even rarer! Norwich Computer Systems Ltd have helped us as a company with a multitude of tasks ranging from installing a mail server to networking printers. A friendly company with a 'can do' attitude, well worth a phone call.

The help I received was quick and efficient and the monitor I purchased was cheaper than anything I had found on the internet myself. Really pleased and helpful.

Caught out in a tight spot with my Mac, NCS came out to fix the problem the very same day and got my machine behaving itself in no time at all.
