Kieran recently came and carried out a 7 year major service on our Worcester Bosch boiler. He's a very decent and trustworthy man and carried out the work both conscientiously and thoroughly. It's very important to know people you can trust when it comes to plumbing, so I thoroughly recommend Northwest Plumbing Solutions and shall be happy for them to do all future servicing of our boiler. Mike Cookey the boss, also seems to be a very decent guy although I haven't met him yet.

Mike recently visited my house for routine boiler maintenance he installed 9 years ago. The boiler is in perfect conditions. Earlier this year he and his team laid pipes for connection of washing machine in my utility room. Everything is working perfectly. Work with this guys for 9 years and highly recommend this company.

I can't recommend Mike and his team highly enough, and would strongly encourage anyone looking for plumbing or related work to use them. They are honest, always available and complete work to a very high standard. They have done a number of jobs for us over the past few months (moved boiler to new location; fixed a number of faults; provided gas safety certificate), and each time have been a pleasure to deal with. Mike is friendly, extremely knowledgable, meticulous, and always presents all the available options clearly and carefully. He makes you feel part of the process, and never puts you under any pressure to choose particular options. I wouldn't even think about using anyone else.

FITTING A FULL CENTRAL HEATING SYSTEM. Mike and his team Kieran, and Joe, did an excellent job professional neat and tidy and finished a whole day ahead of planned time. Got quotes off british gas and helplink and a couple of local plumbers. One of which never turned up. Got northwest plumbing from worcester bosch accredited installers. Mike called round and explained everything in easy terms, told me what would be best and gave me a quote, which was in between all the prices I had received. Mike did a great job, was always on time and clean. I am very happy with the finished product.

I work with this company since 2011 when I bought a house in Whitefield. The boiler did not work and the engineer from British Gas after inspection said that the boiler is dead. When I found out about the price of installing a new boiler from large gas providers I started looking for local companies. Fortunately, I found this company that offered installation of a brand new boiler for less than half price compared with large companies. When Mike came in to inspect the boiler the "dead" boiler was launched within 10 minutes. However, as far as the boiler was about 20 years old Mike strongly recommended to change it and advised one of the best boilers on the market. The installation was quick and smooth. Mike and their friendly team also re-fitted bathroom and kitchen, including hard digging job to install toilet waste pipe outside. Since then, everything is working perfectly. They do annual maintenance work for boiler and central heating. A couple of days ago, Mike did throughout inspection and explained in detail what he is doing. He is always very happy to give advise how to deal with some issues that may be resolved on my own. I strongly recommend this company. They are probably the best in this area.Moreexpand_more

After previously agreeing the best system to suit my needs Mike turned up punctual on the day to remove my old boiler flush the whole system and fit a new Worcester boiler with auxiliary controls. The work was completed on the day even though there was a problem with a previously badly soldered pipe joint. Mike took this in his stride and took the time to explain the operation of all the controls. All debris was removed after completion and therefore I would highly recommend this company.

Yesterday Mike and Andy from Northwest Plumbing Solutions ripped out our rusty, nasty, breaking-down-every-other-month boiler and installed a Worcester 30Si with all the bells and whistles. I really appreciated how even though they were running a bit behind (due to some funny pipework configurations! ) they didn’t rush the job and made sure everything was working perfectly. Mike even talked me through all the operation programs and WAVE mobile phone app afterwards (which my husband adores). Thanks for such a clean install and professional service.

One of the best companies I have had ever do work for me. Enthusiastic, energetic and knowledgeable, they had my new boiler and gas in and the old boiler out in 2 days with some of the tidiest and cleanest work you will ever see. Mike was flexible even coming early before I set off to work to go through everything then coming late at night to explain my new heating system. Take the pain out of everything by getting these guys in, I guarantee you will be more than satisfied.

Mike has done 2 bathroom refute for me and help with ideas for design and ordered and picked up all the items I had chosen. Did an excellent job, bathroom finished to a very high standard which included plastering and tiling. Also Mike has fitted a new central heating boiler which again he was able to give professional advice on options and did a great job fitting, this has been in a year now and no problems, very efficient and quiet.

Mike is an extremely conscientious plumbing engineer. Very knowledgeable and confident in his ability. Nothing is too much trouble and he is punctual and very reasonably priced.

Mike and Andy fitted a new bathroom suite for us this week, and have done a brilliant job. We picked everything ourselves and Mike sourced it for us at the best prices. We were pleased with the attention to detail, the communication regarding potential problems and advice given to make the most of our budget.

Mike and his team fitted a new Bosch Combination boiler at my property last week the job was completed within the day and all the old equipment and scrap removed and taken away the site was left clean and tidy on completion, Thank you.

Mike and his team planned and fitted our new bathroom. A detailed quote was given and the works were started promptly. Works were completed to our satisfaction within the estimated timescale, and no payment was required until we had the chance to use the bathroom for a few days and were completely happy with the work. Mike responded quickly to a small fault which later developed with one of the taps (a product fault not related in any way to the fitting). The company offers a reliable and trustworthy service, and I would happily recommend them.

I had a central heating system put in by this compant. Exeptional work. Very neat, tidy and clean. I also had this company back to install my bathroom suite. Would highly recommend. The owner talked us through how to use the central heating. He didnt just install and go. We was registered on the gas safe register and he phoned to validate our warranty, also after one year this company contacted us to service our boiler. Which keeps our warranty up to date!
