Packing and moving. Went far and beyond what I was expecting. Move was on the day that the CHAPS system failed and we didn't get our keys till late, but the team supported us well. Fantastic people, friendly, efficient, amazing. Heartily recommend. Thank you so much.

Our move with Northstar was absolutely brilliant. The service, starting with the initial in-person consultation, was extremely professional, and whilst they may not be the cheapest, I felt as though we were in a safe pair of hands - and the entire process was seamless. The team were wonderful, friendly and clearly worked together often. We have moved several times, internationally and locally, and this is by far our best experience. Would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend! .

Northstar Removals helped move my elderly Mother on Friday. Unfortunately, we experienced delays on the day of completion with our buyers solicitors which we didn't envisage happening. However, the Northstar Team made the whole ordeal a lot easier especially once we got the keys the other end. The removals team continued to work into the evening to ensure my Mum was unpacked and settled the other end. In regards to the initial quote/visit to estimate, Greg was very friendly, professional and again put my Mum at ease about the process. The quote was competitive and all costs were highlighted from the outset. Communication on the whole was excellent and we were able to email or telephone Northstar with any queries we had before and during the move. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Northstar Removals! 5 STAR SERVICE!

From the moment we asked for a quote through to the move day itself, we were provided with excellent customer service, and in these uncertain times (COVID) felt reassured that we would be looked after during our moving process. On the day, the team turned up on time, the supervisor went through the move with us, and moving out went smoothly and we were out in plenty of time of the deadline. Our new keys were delayed until 3pm, but the team reassured us this was not a problem and they were happy to wait. When we got in they built all our furniture for us, and helped us putting our items in the rooms we wanted them without feeling rushed.

Very thankful for the great job done by Northstar! Northstar have an excellent team of professionals, who have worked really hard all day long, staying positive and friendly. The job has been done very carefully, saving us from stress, which is hard to avoid during a relocation. We have moved from the large 4 bedroom house full of furniture and stuff, however, guys have managed to move everything in very short time but very accurately, not damaging any of the furniture or the house itself! This was our third time of using Northstar for removals; repeat business because they are absolutely excellent. All the crew were very friendly, punctual (actually early! ), exceptionally helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We opted for the packing service and everything was carefully wrapped and remained intact for the journey. It's important to be able to trust the people who come into your home and handle your possessions and we were always 100% comfortable with these guys doing their job.
