We ‘migrated’ to Simon at Northants Mortgages after our previous broker of several years took retirement so we had few expectations. When we decided to move (quite unexpectedly) I contacted Simon and he immediately rose to the occasion. Communication was flexible and swift using a mixture of e-mail, text and app based input. Simon was also always on hand for any in person calls that were needed. Simon kept in touch right up to, and beyond, our completion date and I have every faith that our future mortgage applications are in good hands.
