I have used Solitude twice over the last 18 months, initially I had major virus problems which had wiped my computer and later I had problems with my e. Mail account. On both occasions the fault was correctly identified and fixed once at my house and once the computer was taken away. The problems were dealt with on the time scale as promised and at a reasonable cost. I would not hesitate to recommend this business or use them again myself.
