About Norbury Cottage
Norbury Cottage is located in the Welsh village of Dwygyfylchi by the Irish Sea coastline, a few miles west of the historic walled town of Conwy. Surrounded by the mountains that mark the start of the Snowdonia mountain range, there are lots of local walks that lead onto the longer distance walks for the more adventureous visitor. The accommodation comprises of two bedrooms (double bedroom downstairs and twin bedroom upstairs in dormer), lounge/diner, kitchen and bathroom. There is off-road parking available. The cottage is in an excellent location for exploring the local area, with Conwy and Llandudno just a short drive away. The A55 is a couple of minutes drive away, you have easy access to North Wales, Snowdonia and Anglesey. A regular bus service runs through the village that operates between Caernarfon and Llandudno. The principle railway station of Llandudno Junction is about 4 miles away.
There are beaches all along the North Wales Coast. From Norbury, there is a path down to the Dwygyfylchi beach (about half a mile), popular with locals and untouched by commercialism. Conwy Morfa, passed the Penmaenbach headland, is a fine sandy bay.
Then there are the popular beaches at Llandudno with the fine Victorian pier, vintage bus trips, land-trains and other attractions.0 FreeIndex Reviews
