She did such a fantastic job altering all of our bridesmaids’ dresses for my friend’s wedding, and I’m especially grateful for the care and attention she gave to mine. Being 8 months pregnant, my dress needed quite a few alterations and adjustments, and she was so patient, understanding and reassuring throughout the whole process. She took the time to make sure the dress fitted comfortably and beautifully, while still keeping the original shape and style of the dress. Honestly I can’t thank Nina enough for everything she has done with regarding my wedding dress. From the moment I stepped into her studio she made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed. Nina is not only incredibly talented at what she does, she is an amazing person, lovely, patient and caring person. I honestly don't have enough positive words in my vocabulary to describe the service that Nina provided! Not only did she make my dress fit me perfectly, through the whole process she just made me feel so calm and relaxed, as she had everything under control and I trusted her fully to get the dress exaclty as I wanted it…Which she 100% did! I have never felt more beautiful than I did in my wedding dress, once Nina had finished with it. Nina is more than an exceptionally talented seamstress, she has a wonderful way with people. She was a big part of helping me relax through the stress of planning a wedding and me and my mum thoroughly enjoyed her company and chatting to her at the fittings. Nina is a complete master of her work! She transformed my dress - it moulded to me and went from a dress on the hanger in a shop to MY dress! She pointed out details on the dress that I didn’t even know were there! Nina is kind and approachable and every alteration appointment was positive. Nina had my best interests at heart. After every appointment, my dress just kept getting better and better which really helped build the wedding excitement. I have used Nina a few times. She is just amazing at altering a top into something more suitable for my larger frame. The original top had long tight sleeves and a high round neck. I bought two tops so Nina had spare material to adapt. She added frilly sleeves, side frill detail and a v-neck. I now have a fab top I will wear often. Thanks Nina xxx.

After a recommendation from a Roydon local, I took my wedding dress (in style closer to an evening gown) to Nina to have some sequins fixed and the hem straightened. Nina has fixed and altered many dresses for me over 13 years. It’s always such a nice experience and she is so welcoming. Nina is so talented and I always refer to her as a magician. Nina has fixed my favourite dress by hand stitching the paisley pattern, you cannot even tell where is was ripped previously (it got caught in my sons bike).
