Both Nicola and her husband Riccardo have been excellent from day one. Any queries or maintenance issues were resolved extremely quickly (same day) and also to a high standard. They offer a more hands-on and friendly approach, not seen at other agencies, which shows how much they care about their business and each of their clients rather than viewing them simply as a number. She ensured you had all the relevant information you needed before viewing the flat, gave information on the area, discussed their expectations from you and she was very approachable. I made an appointment with Nicola and I was shown the flat by Riccardo. He was as equally exceptional and thorough in gaining and giving information. He was also approachable and very friendly. The flat it's self was a 2 bed property which was furnished to the highest of standards and was exactly as described by the letting agency. I feel it was value for money due to the high standard of furnishings, decor and area the flat was situated in. Any staff who i have contacted or have contacted me on behalf of Nicola Kennedy Letting have also been approachable, professional, friendly and accommodating. NK were very understanding and flexible when finding us a flat, as tenants moving back to the UK with a dog our search could have been a nightmare but they liaised with landlords and found us a flat quickly. They are easy to contact and have addressed any issues quickly and professionally.

We went with NKL due to have a very stressful period with our previous letting agents and it has been the best decision ever. We live in Australia so having someone you can trust to look after our home has been such a relief. Their eye for detail and thoroughness is fantastic in terms of keeping our home to the standard required.
