A fence post was replaced, the work was done without fuss and the area left tidy. I had expected to have to supervise the work and sort things out afterwards. I am very pleased with the work.

Last week Nicholas Hill Garden Construction erected a fine criss-cross trellising on top of the stone walls at the front of my property. The men arrived punctually and worked diligently setting the posts in concrete and neatly erected the trellising to fit accurately. Both men were pleasant and worked efficiently and well together. I am delighted with the finished fence and would recommend Nicholas Hill Garden Construction to anyone looking for a quality gardening task to be carried out with care and attention to detail.

In April 2010,I had a patio constructed, which involved demolishing a shed and building new steps and this February I called Nick again to rebuild a fence blown off in a storm. Both times, the team did a fantastic job with a very good finish. They approach any stumbling blocks with a cool head and stay cheerful throughout. Definitely value for money. I would not hesitate in calling them again!

We had a brick patio constructed to replace a lawn. Nick Hill gave us a contact with a landscape architect who provided a set of drawings and specification. Nick Hill did an excellent job, removing the lawn, building small brick retaining walls and laying brick paving. All materials ha to go through the house. Each day the men cleaned up and left everything shipshape. We are delighted with the result and found the whole cost very reasonable.
